She was a homemaker who loved camping, fishing, and being associated with the following groups and organizations: Antique Automobile Club of America, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #513, Good Sam Club Life Member, Fort Pierce Elks Lodge #1520, and Ford Model A Club.

Elaine was a very active member of St. Anastasia Church and loved to sing in the choir. Her musical talents extended to many shows performed at the “On Golden Ponds” Clubhouse. She enjoyed many friends who benefited from her love of cooking and baking. She was also a member of the Vero Beach Power Squadron and past President of the Shipmates.
Survivors include her husband of sixteen years, Dr. Robert D. Sobieski of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, John Haubner of Sterling Heights, MI; daughters, Lauralee Rounds of Maui, Hawaii, Lisa Anne and husband Brian Dodds of Gregory, MI; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sister Mary Kevin Haubner.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, John J. Sullivan, two daughters, Dianne Sullivan of Atlanta, and Patti(Chris) Maloof of Atlanta; three sons, Michael (Tina) Sullivan of Plant City, Tim Sullivan of Jupiter, and Shawn (Caitlin) Sullivan of St. Lucie West; two grandchildren, Susan and John; and sister, Katie Gaddis of Roswell, GA.
