ESEMAE HIGGS, 76, of Port Richey died Saturday at Harborside Health Care Gulfcoast in New Port Richey. She moved to this area 48 years ago from her native Glennville, Ga. She is survived by three sons, Dewayne of New Port Richey, Victor of Oldtown and Bobby of Port Richey; three brothers; six sisters; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
