CLEEO FLANNIGAN, 83, of Valrico died Thursday at Hawthorne Care Center. A native of Mount Vernon, Ill., he moved to this area in 1951. He was a retired railroad iron worker, an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and member of Plant City First Church of God. He is survived by his aunt, Lorene Newby; a cousin, Dorothy Upchurch; and a nephew, Ted Scott, all of Mount Vernonl. Hillsboro Memorial, Brandon.

He was a carpenter, and a World War II veteran of the Army 101st Airborne Division.
