EDWARD F. BALDESWEILER, 78, of New Port Richey died Saturday at Columbia Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point. A native of New York City, he moved here 20 years ago from Greenwood Lake, N.Y. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bayonet Point. He is survived by his wife, Catherine; a son, Edward M. of Greenwood Lake, N.Y.; a daughter, Joan Bartalotta of East Hartford, Conn.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. STEPHEN J. KARDOS, 79, of New Port Richey died Monday at Altamonte Springs Hospital in Altamonte Springs. A native of Newark, N.J., he moved here 20 years ago from Andover, Mass. He was a retired financial officer for AT&T and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bayonet Point, the Summer Tree Association, the Summer Tree Friendship Club and Telephone Pioneers Club of Pasco and Seminole counties. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; two sons, Michael S. of North Carolina and Dennis L. of Amesbury, Mass.; a brother, Louis of Red River, N.M.; a sister, Matilda Dribnack of Kearney, N.J.; and three grandchildren.
