FRANK BRYANT, 78, of Tampa died Jan. 17. A native of Independence, Mo., he moved to Tampa in 1989 from Independence County, Ark. He was a grounds maintenance manager, Christian, Army veteran and member of the DAV and Westgate Lodge. GORDEN V. BUBEL, 89, of Ruskin died Sunday at Columbia South Bay Hospital. A native of Port Huron, Mich., he moved to the Tampa area in 1958 from Milan, Mich. He was a farmer and an Army veteran. He is survived by a son, Michael G. of Ruskin; two daughters, Judith M. Clark of Tampa and Patricia A. of Whitmore Lake, Mich.; a sister, Meryl Baker of Sun City Center; five grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. Zipperer's Agape Mortuary, Ruskin.
