He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Carey of Baltimore and Bric of Clearwater; two daughters, Courtney of Clearwater and Tessa of New York City; his mother, Lucille of Dayton, Ohio; three sisters, Jane Mott, Rita and Brigid, all of Dayton; and a grandchild. JULIA A. SALAZAR, 76, of Tampa died Tuesday at Rehabilitation and Health Care. A native of Chiclayo, Peru, she moved to the area one month ago. She was a homemaker and Catholic.
