DALIA BETANCOURT, 91, of San Diego, formerly of Tampa, died Thursday. A native of Key West, she moved to California from Tampa. She was a homemaker and Catholic. She is survived by three sons, Orlando Valdez, Roberto Valdez and Steven, all of Tampa; three daughters, Alexandrina Borja of San Diego, Candita Munez and Betty Perez, both of Tampa; 21 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchild.
