FRANK J. SCODARI, 70, of Brandon died Saturday at Integrated Health Services. A native of New York City, he moved to the Tampa area fro m West Hempstead, N.Y., in 1985. He was a retired treasury agent, Navy veteran of World War II and member of Knights of Columbus and Nativity Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Lucille; a brother, Nicholas of Rockville, Md.; and a sister , Mary Brown of Connecticut. Hillsboro Memorial, Brandon.
