IRENE V. DUMONT, 75, of Romulus, Mich., died Saturday in Van Buren Township, Mich. A native of McGregor, Ontario, she lived in Florida for 17 years. She is survived by four sons, John J. of Wayne, Mich., Gary of Ypsilanti, Mich., Ronald L. of Belleville, Mich., and Larry A. of Westland, Mich.; three daughters, Rosemary Sharkany of Romulus, Connie Poore of Corbin, Ky., and Josephine Moore of Zephyrhills; two brothers, Bob and Clarence Helfrich; a sister, Violet Valuet of Lakeport, Mich.; 24 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. ELIAS HENRY "BUTCH" ECKERT, 74, of Zephyrhills died Monday at home. A native of Colchester, N.Y., he moved four years ago from Syracuse, N.Y. He was retired from General Electric, a World War II Army veteran, and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and Agape Baptist Church in Zephyrhills. He is survived by his wife, Arlene; six sons, Chuck of Clarence, Albert of Eureka, Mont., Richard of Tampa, Darwin of St. Petersburg, Scott of Syracuse, N.Y., and Daniel of St. Petersburg; a brother, Guy of Tucson; and seven grandchildren. She is survived by three sons, Homer Ingalls of Hawkinsville, Ga., Harry Ingalls of Keene and Clarence Ingalls of Monroe, Va.; five daughters, Marjorie Wyckoff of Lowell, Ind., Lucille Buxton of St. Joseph, Mo., and Eunice Blanchard, Geneva Gates and Nellie Ball of Zephyrhills; two sisters, Emogene Johnson of Keene and Gladys Sharkey of East Swanzey, N.H.; 31 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
