He is survived by his wife, Barbara J.; a son, Kevin Scott Dowling of Vacaville, Calif.; five daughters, Gean of Homosassa, Regina Lingner and Margaret Taormina, both of Tampa, Mary Matuszewski of Elgin, Ill. and Kimbley Graves of Plant City; a brother, Henry J. of Freehold; and seven grandchildren.
