ROBERT C. KEPPLER, 81, of Plant City died Sunday at Lakeland Regional Hospital. A native of Tyrone, Pa., he moved to the area in 1984. He was a papermaker, an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and a member of First Baptist Church, Plant City. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; three daughters, Sue Singer of Perry, Margaret Kiltand of Temple Terrace and Kathy Moore of Virginia Beach, Va.; a brother, Arthur Jr. of Orlando; a sister, Phyllis Sweitzer of Tipton, Pa.; and five grandchildren. Suncoast Cremation Society, Tampa.

WILLIAM E. LAW, 77, of Valrico died Saturday at home. A native of Erie, Pa., he moved to the area from Hamden, Conn., in 1980. He was a graphic artist for Olin Industries, a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and Protestant. He is survived by his wife, Audrey; a daughter, Cheryl Evers of Sterling Heights, Mich.; two sisters, Mary Jane Rettman of Tarpon Springs and Dorothy O'Neal of Erie; four grandchildren; and a great- grandchild. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; three sons, Wayne Jr. of Temple Terrace, Robert of Odessa and Kirby of Los Angeles; a daughter, Rebecca of Brandon; two sisters, Blanche Cunningham and Janice Lyons, both of Camas, Wash.; and four grandchildren.
