She is survived by two sons, Buster of Tampa and John of St. Pete Beach; two daughters, Rose Marie Ginex and Grace Arregue, both of Tampa; a brother, John Provenzano of Oldsmar; a sister, Assunta Rumore of Plantation; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. SAM J. BARRANCO, 61, of Lake Wales died Thursday in Orlando. A native of Lake Wales, he was a lifelong area resident who opened his practice as a physician in Winter Haven in 1970 and also had offices in Lake Wales, Haines City, Lakeland and Sebring. He was a Navy veteran of Vietnam and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Wales and Winter Haven Rotary Club. He is survived by his wife, Joy M.; two sons, Sam Jr. of Tampa and Christopher Mansour of Lake Wales; two daughters, Lisa Antoinette of New Orleans and Nicole Maria of Alexandria, Va.; his mother, Fannie D. of Winter Haven; and a brother, Anthony Joseph Jr. of Miami.
