Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2001 at 10 :00 a.m. at Hopewell Funeral Home with Dr. Hugh Long officiating. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery. NEUMAN, Wilbur Kenneth (Kelly), died Saturday, January 6, 2001. Mr. Neuman was born October 3, 1916, in Chicago, Ill., and grew up in Oak Park, Ill. He graduated from the University of Rochester, where he was captain of the football team, and was President of Alpha Delta Phi fraternity. He completed Advanced Management program at Harvard Business School, worked for Proctor and Gamble, and Conti nental Can Company for 39 years. He was a developer of packaging for dehydrated foods with the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps during WWII, subsequently became a corporate Vice-President, and General Manager of the Southern and Central Operating Divisions of Continental Can Co. He also served on the Board of Directors of Reeves Southeastern Corporation, and was a trustee of the Tampa General Hopital Foundation. He was a member of the following organizations Tampa Performing Arts Center; ESCOT; The Tampa Club; University Club of Tampa; Tampa Yacht & Country Club; Union League Club; Ye Mystic Icrewe of Gasparilla; Lake Geneva Country Club; and Abbey Springs Yacht Club. He is survived by Doris Kingsbery Neuman, his wife of one year, and was preceded in death in 1994 by his first wife of 52 year s, Ann Olson Neuman. He is also survived by his three sons Rick (Betty) of Dallas, Texas ; Marc of Chicago, Ill.; Reed (Pat) of Great Falls, Va.; and granddaughters, Callie and Kelly; grandsons, Brice; Patrick; and Kit; also he is survived by his brother-in-law, Oscar W. Olson (Ruth); and two sister-in-laws, Jane V. Olson and Mary Lou Brown (Chilton), and many nieces and nephews; he also had a step -son Michael C. Kingsbery; and three stepdaughters Karen K. Bouchard; Kristin K. (Doug) Devries; and Kim K.(Neil) Jacobi; and eleven step-grandchildren. Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2001 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Tampa, FL. REECE, Barbara Skillin, 71, of Valrico, Fl., passed away on January 7, 2001. She was born in Detroit, Mi. and president of the Solo's Club. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Fulton of Riverview: sons, David and Dean Pellillo; brother, Charles Skillin of Miramar, Fl; 5 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Constance Athos.

REGENHARDT, Cassandra Ann, 26, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, January 5, 2001. Miss Regenhardt is survived by her parents, Carl and Janie of Lutz, Florida; her sister, Kathleen also of Lutz; and two brothers, Carl, Jr., of Atlanta, Georgia and Kurt of Winter Haven, Florida, plus paternal and maternal grandmothers in Lutz, and numerous other relatives. Cassandra graduated from Grace Lutheran El ementary in St. Petersburg and from Mount Verde Academy in Mount Dora, Florida, where she attained coveted `Thespian` honors, and then received her Associate of Arts degree from St.Petersburg Junior College. `Cassie` was a member of Job's Daughters in St. Petersburg, chosen Queen of Tampa's Young Egyptian Shriners and named a debutant of Gasparilla's Krewe of Venus. Visitation begins at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m., John O.Jacoby officiating.

Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie in 1976 after a 50 year marriage; her daughter, Nita Peacock in 1989 and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday Morning, January 9, 2001 at the Eastside Baptist Church of Dover, 3101 Sydney Dover Road, Dover, Florida with Reverend Al Livingston and Reverend James Smith, to officiate. The family will receive friends at Wells Memorial Funeral Home 1903 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida on Monday evening, January 8, 2001 from 6:00 till 8: 00 p.m. A native of Madison county and a local resident since she moved here in 1928, Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker; retired from Ocean Products of Dover, Florida and she was a member of Eastside Baptist Church of Dover. Mrs. Rogers loved to cook and was noted for her biscuits and every Sunday, she cooked for over 25 people in her home. Final interment will be at the Dover Cemetery Dover, Florida. Mrs. Rosser was preceded in death by her husband Frank and son Thomas K. Reay. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in St. Louis, Missouri at a later date.

POSEY, Ruth E., 76, of Dade City, died Sunday, January 7, 2001 at East Pasco Medical Center. A native of Chattanooga, Tenn., she moved to Zephyrhills in 1961 and then to Dade City in 1991. She was a homemaker and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Zephyrhills and was Baptist. Survivors include a son, Wilbur Posey of Zephyrhills; two daughters, Doris White and April Avery, both of Dade City; a brother, Earl Tucker of Land O' Lakes; thirteen grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbur W. `Bill` Posey and a son, Ernest Posey. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home on Thursday, January 11th, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve McAdams officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10th, 2001 at the funeral home.

In addition to his parents, the late Fred and Midge Roberts; his brother, Mr. Levi Roberts, also preceded him in death on December 29, 2000. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mother Estella Roberts; sister-in-law, Rosetta Roberts and family; eight children, Elizabeth Abner (Ernest) of Dade City, Fla.; Patricia Robinson (James) of Seffner, Fla.; Geneva Bourne (Ulrick) of Dade City, Fla.; Irma McNeal (Simmie) of Valdosta, Ga.; Beverly Bourne (Stephen) of Dade City, Fla.; Eddie Roberts Jr. (Susan) of Dade City, Fla.; Pastor David Roberts (Lois) of Gettysburg, Pa.; Elijah Roberts (Delnora) of Reistertown, Md.; grandchildren, David Roberts Jr. (Natalie), Daniel Roberts, Darin Ro berts, Tara Hicks, Leshia Roberts, Maurice Westmoreland, Nigel Roberts, Ulrick Bourne, Erica Bourne, Beverly Robinson, Kymberly Erondu, Christopher Bourne, Kevin Erondu, Derek Roberts, Simeon McNeal and Sean McNeal; great-grandchildren, Alexcia McIntosh, Anthony McIntosh Jr., Tianna Chifarli Roberts; one uncle; three aunts and a host of relatives and friends. Elder Roberts was born in East Pasco C ounty, Florida. Former education included St. Anthony Catholic School. At age 19, on March 8, 1945, Elder Roberts was called to war (World War II) in the South Pacific serving under General Douglas MacArthur in the 13th Air Corps. He spent time in Manila, Luzon in the Philippines, Guam, Saipan and more. He fell in love with planes and became a licensed Solo Pilot. Elder Roberts retired from Hercul es Powder Company and then accepted the calling to the ministry around 1974. He pastored churches in Zpehyrhills, Fla., Lake Wales, Fla., Lakeland, Fla., and two churches in Dade City, Fla., one on Clinton Ave. and the last one, Miracle Church of God in Christ on MacDonald St. He was also a former trustee of Church of God in Christ, 14626 7th St., Dade City, Florida, which is currently pastored by Elder Mitchell Davis Jr. As an active member of the community, Elder Eddie Roberts founded the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Program. Also a very civic-minded individual, he was a member of the NAACP, as well as a counselor of an enormous amount of people in Florida, Georgia, and other states. The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7:00 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2001 at Church of G od in Christ, 14626 7th St., Dade City, Florida. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, January 13, 2001, 11:00 a.m., Calvary Assembly of God, 13544 U.S. 98 Bypass, Dade City, Florida. Interment will be held at Dade City Cemetery. Arrangements are handled by Milton's Funeral Home, 14520 5th St., Dade City, Florida. Elder Eddie Roberts would want people to remember him as someone who loved the Lord, and cared for the equality of all people.

BARNES, Herbert Jesse, 86, of Zephyrhills passed away January 5, 2001. Mr. Barnes was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and a Catholic. He is survived by his wife Lorraine; sons, Melville C. Barnes, Las Vegas, Nev., Herbert J. Barnes II of Zephyrhills and George P. Barnes of Canandaigua, N.Y.; daughter, Ida L. Ames of Knoxville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m. at Wood Dale Mobile Home Park on Highway 301 in Zephyrhills.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Roy Lee Linvilie and a brother: Sherrod Croft. A native of Florida, born in Ft. Meade, she moved back to Dade City 30 years ago. She was a Past Worthy Matron of the Order o f Eastern Star Chapter No. 13 of Dade City, and was a Past Grand Instructor of the Grand Chapter of Florida. She was the past Secretary of the Dade City Key Stone Club. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Coleman & Ferguson FuneraL Home with Rev. Wes White and the Order of Easter Star officiating. Interment will follow at the Florida National Cemetery. He was born in Hudson, WI. and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and was e mployed as an engineer working 35 years with Cities Service Oil Co. until retiring in 1982.
