DIXON, Robert W. `PeeWee`, 77 of Plant City, Florida passed away on November 9, 2001, in Plant City, Fl with his family at his bedside. Preceded in death by a daughter, Deidra Bianchi in 1967, he is survived by his son, Robert David Dixon of Plant City Fl.; his daughter, Delonda Hatley and her husband, Eddie of Plant City, Fl.; his mother, Carol L. Dixon of Plant City, Fl.; six grandchildren; a nd seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning, November 14, 2001 at the Wells Memorial Funeral Home with Father Spillett, to officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, November 13, 2001 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. A native of Birmingham, Alabama and a resident since 1953 when he moved to the local area, Mr. Dixon was a wine and spirit distributor for Bills Bar, Prize Liquors and Dixon Liquors; a former purchasing agent for Plant City Steel, a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II; and a member of St. Clement Catholic Church. The family requests, that those who wish, may in lieu of flowers, to make a donation to LifePathe Hospice, 3010 W. Azeele Street, Tampa, Fla 33609 in the memory of Rob ert W. `PeeWee` Dixon. The family wants to personally thank Dr. John Saranko and his nurse, Wanda and the LifePathe Hospice Pewter Team, Barbara Clark, Lisa Santana, Mary Adams, and Ruth Graham and a special family friend, Diane Boggs for all of their loving and professional care. FINSTEIN, Marvin (Mike), 67, of Safety Harbor, died Sunday, November 11, 2001, at home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. He is survived by his wife, of 37 years, Marge; a son, Mark Finstein; daughter, Suzanne Petresky; sister Virginia Freedberg of Denver; two grandsons, Michael and Kevin Petresky of Tampa; and mother-in-law, Sammie Rogers, of Webster. From Cambridge, Massachuse tts, he was a graduate of Boston University, served in the U.S. Army. He worked in commercial real estate, and was reknowned for his leasing abilities throughout the nation. He was also the owner of several Sears franchises. He was a member of I.C.S.C. and the Sertoma Club of Clearwater. Services will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at Purcell Funeral Home, Bushnell, FL, with ser vices officiated by Sam Jacobson. KIRK, Harold E., 83, of Brandon, Fla. passed away Friday, November 9, 2001. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Jeanne. He is survived by one son, Ross Kirk and his wife Ann, of Brandon, Fla; two daughters, Ellen M. and her husband, James Duffin of Denville, N.J. and Phyllis L. and her husband, Vern Western of Peachtree City, Ga; and seven grandchildren. A native of Robinson IL and a 32 year resident of Lake Intervale, NJ, he lived in the Brandon area since 1988. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Brandon. He was a marine sargeant in WWII, serving in Guam and China. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indiana Technical College. He retired after 40 years with the ITT/Federal Electric Corportation where he worked in Engineering and m anagement. He was active in the United Methodist Men and while able, was a hospital volunteer. He also participated in the Meals on Wheels program. A private service will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Brandon.

LENDVEY, Helen, 85, of Ruskin, died November 7, 2001. She is survived by one son; two daughters; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. LEWERS FUNERAL HOME

LEON, Angel J. `Lee`, age 71, passed away November 9, 2001. Mr. Leon was born in New York, but was raised in the Ybor City-Tampa area since the age of 9 years. Mr. Leon was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked as a salesman for Oldt-Waring Company and Tandy Corporation for over 30 years. He was a member of several local musician unions, playing in the area since the age of 16 years. Mr. L eon is survived by his wife, Dorothy Gaile Leon, his daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Rosales, Linda & Rick Capoccia and Tina & Beau Bohannon, step-daughter and her husband, Susan & David DelRio, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many friends. Following cremation interment will be at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Lifepath Hospice.

LOVELACE, Earl Morgan, 93, of Tampa, passed away November 8, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Beatrice P. Lovelace; sons, Earl Lovelace Jr. and Donald E. Lovelace and his wife, Jacqueline; daughters, Lavelle McClellan, Dora Schooley and her husband, Mike and Lula Patterson; seven grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Mr. Lovelace was the founder of Sunnybrook Dairy and part own er of Sunny Florida Dairy and M and B Products. He was also a member of the New Orleans Baptist Church, Hillsborough Lodge #25 F.& A.M., 32 degree Mason, and Egypt Temple Shrine. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 12, 2001, 10:00 a.m. at the Garden of Memories Chapel with interment to follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children (12502 Pine Dr. 33612) in his memory.

McCOLLUM, Patricia M., 60 of Lutz passed away Friday, November 9, 2001. Survivors include her 2 daughters, Susan Forgas and her husband Robert of Tampa and Angela McCollum of Lutz; mother, Alice Lauroff of East Jordan, MI; brother, Al Lauroff and his wife Sandy of Goodrich, MI; sister, Peggy Lauroff of Washington Township, MI and one grandchild, Justin Forgas. Born in Hazel Park, Michigan, Patr icia moved to the Tampa Bay area 3 years ago. She was a Baptist, employed with Airborne Express for 2 years and enjoyed crafting. She had a beautiful loving spirit and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will take place 7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home chapel; 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

MOONEY, Jean W., 86, of Tampa, passed away November 10, 2001. Mrs. Mooney was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Floyd Mooney. She is survived by her sons; Michael J., Dr. John P., and Mark F.; a daughter, Patricia Buckett, her sisters; Grace Mary Keefe and Dollyanna Webster; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Mooney formerly owned and operate d her own transcribing business and was e member of Christ the King Catholic Church where she was also a member of the Ladies Guild, Circle #8, and did volunteer work in the library, she was a member of the Mothers Club there and also at Jesuit High School. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Christ the King Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow at a later date in Florida National Cemetery. The family will receive their friends on Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Marsicano-B. Marion Reed-Stowers Funeral Home, 4040 Henderson Bl. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association Inc. are suggested.

PENA, Rosa A., age 92 of Tampa passed away Sunday, November 11, 2001. Mrs. Pena was born in Cuba and came to Tampa in 1963. She was a loving mother, cherished grandmother and was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her daughter, Maritza Tamayo, grandchildren, Lincoln, Mylene, Maritza E., John Marc and the twins, Michelle & Marlene, and ten great-grandchildren.. Funeral services will be hel d Tuesday evening, 8:00 PM at Blount, Curry & Roel Funeral Homes, Armenia Chapel, 4730 N. Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Winfield Rankin; grandchildren, Mary Martha Bell, Robin Beth Highfield and James Lynn; great-grandchildren, Christopher Bell, Sara Bell, Robert Highfield, Mikey Highfield and Craig Daniel Lynn; great-great-grandchild Blake Bell. Beth was a homemaker born September 16, 1908 in Ashton, Idaho. She was an active member of the St. Matthew's Anglican Church in Riverview, Fla. Memorial Service was held November 8that Saint Matthew's Anglican Church, Riverview , Florida.

PROVENZANO, Philip, 82, died at home on November 8, 2001. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marian; his beloved twin daughters, Gwen Mora and Lynn Brennan and their husbands, Bob and Jack; his cherished grand- children, Jason Young and his wife, Danielle, Jennifer Robbins and her husband, Danny and Kevin Mora; his sister, Sue Collura and his nieces, Patty Walter, Marion Chiles and Sylvia Moore. Born in Tampa, he was a veteran of World War II by serving in the Air Force, a life long member of the Ybor City Lions Club and past Alcalde of Ybor City. RISCILE, Edubije was a lifelong resident of Tampa. She was 91 when she passed away on Saturday. Edubije was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of St. John's Presbyterian Church. Edubije was a dedicated worker at several local cigar factories as a cigar maker for many years. Survivors include her loving daughter, Dalia Zatarain, granddaughters, Cheryl Bode and h usband, Robert, Belinda Costa and husband, Tony, and Eva Frank and husband, Craig, great-grandchildren, Jennifer Bode, Teresa Bode, Brittany Costa, David Baumgartner and Kayleigh Frank and cousin, Edward McCollum. The family wishes to thank Dr. DiPietro and Julie for the wonderful care that they gave Edubije over the years. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 7:00 PM at Blount, Curry & Roel F uneral Homes, Armenia Chapel, 4730 N. Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Reverend Todd Brushwood will officiate. Ms. Valentine was born in Hartford, Ct., and lived in Europe for 18 years, where she received her education. Greta was loved by her many friends and she will remain in their hearts and minds forever.
