Survived by his wife, Orabelle P. of Zephyrhills; daughter, Audrey and James Sheeley of Zephyrhills and brother, Loring Andrews of North Highlands, Calif. A memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2001 at Whitfield Funeral Home, with Rev. Mel Barrows officiating. Arthur was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Middletown, N.Y. and a Charter member of the Fire Department in Circleville, N.Y. BEU, Marjorie J. 79 of Sun City Center died November 12, 2001. She is survived by two sisters. Miss Beu was born in Elgin, Ill. and moved to this area in 1980. She was a retired educator.

BISHOP, Jessie W. `Nana`, 98, widow of Rev. W. Frank Bishop, died November 12, 2001. She is survived by one son, William F. and wife, Betty; one daughter, Dorene Grant and husband, Jack; four grandchildren, Belinda Bishop, Brett Bishop and wife, Joy, Audrey Lott and husband, Scott, Daniel Grant and wife, Amber; one great-grandchild, Crystal Bishop; two sisters, Lorena Rebik and Ilene Dobson; on e brother, James Wilkinson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the Stowers Brandon Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 til 8:00 on (Thursday) this evening. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Brandon Foundation.

BUSH, William R., age 76, of Tampa, died Tuesday, November 13, 2001. Survived by his loving wife, Emma Bush; sons, Robert S. Bush of Mobile, Alabama, Michael H. Bush of Tampa, Mark J. Bush of Tampa; a daughter, Linda Bush Spangler of Logansville, Georgia; grandchildren, Christian Ruckert of Decatur, Georgia, Cameron Bush, Candace Bush, and Lauren Bush all of Mobile, Alabama. Mr. Bush was a Nava l Veteran of World War II and was a graduate of the University of Tampa. There will be a funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17 at Christ The King Catholic Church, corner of Dale Mabry and Henderson Blvd. Entombment will follow in Garden of Memories Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

BUSH, Winifred F., 80, of Apollo Beach and formerly of Tampa, passed away November 12, 2001 at her home. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-eight years, William H. Bush; a son, Peter W. Bush and his wife, Virginia of Austin, Texas ; a daughter, Barbara B. Kroll and her husband, Samuel of Tampa; and four grandchildren, Meredith and David Marlowe, Thomas and James Bush. An area resident since 1951, she was a homemaker and a member of Delta Gamma Sorority.

GIBSON, Traci Anne, 31, of Brandon passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2001 after a valiant 5 year battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her mother, Bette Gibson; father and step-mother, Robert and Ros Gibson; soul mate, Gary Pippin; and step-sister, Elizabeth. She has resided in the Tampa area for 27 years coming from her native, Pittsburgh, Pa.

GRAY, James Franklin Arnie, 31, died November 9, 2001 after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Survivors include his wife, Anissa Marie Carter-Gray of Tampa; three daughters, Darien Mishelle Carter- Gray, Jayden Nishelle Carter-Gray and Alexzandra Lishelle Carter-Gray, all of Tampa; father and step- mother, James Mason Gray and Stephanie of Australia; mother and step-father, Shelmerd ene Gray-Gallops and Ronald of Tampa; brother and sister-in- law, Heath C. Mason Gray and Tammy of Oneonta, Ala.; grandmother, Thelma Mae Gray of Brandon; niece, Taylor Gray of Oneonta, Ala. and several aunts, uncles and cousins. The Sarasota, Fla. native lived in Tampa for 31 years. He was a graduate of Chamberlain High School in 1988. He served as a Communication Intelligence Specialist in the U .S. Army. He was currently employed by Amer-Foam. Memorial services were held Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Carter-Gray Children's Trust Fund c/o Suncoast Schools Credit Union.

HAYNES, Ruth Jeanette, age 65, of Goodwater, Alabama passed away November 13, 2001. Mrs. Haynes was born and raised in Tampa, Fla., and was married to Donald D. Haynes for 47 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Alexander Stallings and Lillie Mae (Mitchell) Stallings. Mrs. Haynes is survived by her husband, Donald D. Haynes; one son, Donald D. Haynes Jr. and wife, Denise of Ta mpa; one daughter, Debra K. Griffith and husband, Greg of Kellyton, Ala.; two brothers, James A. Stallings, Jr. and wife, Kathy and Michael R. Stallings and wife, Joan of Tampa; one sister, Dorothy Evans of Tampa; three granddaughters, Kady Debra Haynes, Kelley Diane Haynes and Danielle Nicole Griffith and one grandson, Graham Gregory Griffith. Memorial services will be held Friday, November 16, 2 001 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. James Episcopal Church, 347 South Central Ave., Alexander City, Ala. with Father Marshall Craver officiating. Family will greet friends at Stough Hall, St. James Episcopal Church immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Saint James Episcopal Church. Survivors include a son, Harold and wife, Jackie; two daughters, Marie Harville and husband, Lamar, and Dolly Butler and fiance, Jerry Couey; two sisters, Rhonda Frank and husband, Art and Lehoma Lancoutte; six grandchildren, Lisa, Leslie, Tina, David, Bobby Jo, and Curtis and five great-grand- children. LANE, David F., age 62, of Tampa, died Friday, November 9, 2001. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Justine Faley DeVoe. Survivors include his beloved wife of 42 years, Patricia; daughters and sons-in-law, Robin Lane and David Winzler of Essex, Vt., Kimberly and Michael Street, and Lori and Jared Rodriguez all of Tampa; brother, Dr. Walter W. Lane Jr. of Tampa and grandchildren, Kat y and Julie Winzler, Calvin Winzler Lane, Rachel and Gracie Street and Emma and Kara Rodriguez. Mr. Lane was born in Oklahoma and resided in Tampa for 50 years. He was a general contractor and was a graduate of USF. He retired as a lieutenant colonel after serving for 22 years in the US Army Reserve, was assistant supervisor of elections for Hillsborough County in the early 70's and was a charter member of St. John's United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at St. John's United Methodist Church, 5120 N. Mendenhall Dr., Tampa. Reverend Gary Beam will officiate. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Metropolitan Ministries, 2002 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL. 33602-9985.

MEAD, Gifford John, age 46, of Tampa died Sunday, November 11, 2001. Survivors include his wife, Louise; mother, Annabell Mead of Wichita, Kan.; brother, Richard Mead of Tenn.; sisters, Anne Marie Rigsby of Kan., Susan Frances Ortner of Tenn., Sandra Lee Lovell of Kan., Deborah Anne Anderson of Kan., and Annabell Lee Hephner of Kan. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Lee Mead. Mr. Mead was born in New Jersey and came to Tampa 14 years ago from Virginia. Mr. Mead was a registered nurse at Town & Country Hospital in the E.R. and recently became a ARNP, nurse practitioner. He was a member of Florida 3DMAT and was a ham radio operator using the call sign N4XRB. Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) 10:00 a.m. at Blount, Curry & Roel Funeral Homes, West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr., Tampa. Interment will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.

MUELLER, Carmen Lee, formerly of Sun City Center, passed away November 12, 2001 in Sanford, Fla. She was precede in death by her husband, Emory and is survived by a daughter, Annette L. Mackall of Sanford; a son, Rex L. Yates of Apollo Beach; step-daughters, Phyllis Moellenkamp of Huntley, Ill. and Marilynn Kazda of Arlington Heights. Ill.; a step-son, David E. Mueller of Bloomingdale, Ill.; 13 grand- children and 14 great-grand- children. She was born in Illinois and has resided in the area for 37 years. She was custodian at Immanuel Lutheran Church where she was a member. Funeral services will be Friday, 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Lewers Funeral Home with Pastor Mark A. Wood officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service.

SANCHEZ, Phillip L., 55, of Tampa, passed away Monday, November 12, 2001 at Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his finance' and partner of 14 years, Karen L. Long; his sons, Phillip Manuel and Anthony Harris; his daughters, Stephanie, Cheryl, Tamara and Debbie; his step-sons; Daniel Albert and Timothy Alan; his granddaughters, Samantha and Katelyn; his brother, Carlos; and his parents Florenc e and Manuel. He was a graduate of The University of South Florida in Engineering. He served proudly in the U.S. Air Force. He loved spending his time with Karen fishing, bowling and playing softball. SESTILE, Sylvia E., 88 of Tampa, died November 9, 2001. She is survived by brothers, Sam of Tampa and Eugene of Titusville, Fla.; Sister, Virginia Krout of Houston, Texas ; sister-in-law and caretaker, Edwina of Tampa and several nieces and nephews. She was born in Italy and lived in Pa. until she moved to Tampa in 1950. She was a Catholic. Neptune Society of Palm Harbor.

STEBELSKY, Chrys, 56, of Riverview passed away on Monday, November 12, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Pat; three daughters, Tania Soriano of Gibsonton, Andria Aaron of Ruskin, and Alicia Masci of Brandon; mother, Arcadia Stebelsky of Reading, Pa.; three sisters, Natalie Rudjy of Philadelphia, Pa., Oksana Lazor of Port Charlotte, Fla. and Daria Sitkus of West Greenwich, R.I. and one grandchil d, Christopher Soriano. He had resided here since 1987, was a USAF Viet Nam veteran and member of St. Stephen Catholic Church. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Rd. Interment will follow with full military honors at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Those who wish may make donations to the American Heart Association.
