OTT, Arthur, 81, of Zephyrhills, died Monday, November 19, 2001 at home. Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Ring of Muskegon, Mich.; a step-son, Max Brazil of Tampa; three grandchildren and his partner, Shirley Ripley. A native of Michigan, he moved to this area in 1984 from Michigan. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of the VFW and several other military organizations.

He is survived by two sons, Julius L., Jr. of Brooksville and Clyde of Vicksburg, Miss.; one daughter, Linda Gilbert of McMinnville, Tenn.; four step-daughters, Jane Parson and Dolores Roberts, both of Parson, W.Va., Barbara Dudley of Holden Beach, N.C. and Cheryl Urk of Cincinnati, Ohio; 14 grand- children and 16 great-grand- children. He was born in McMinnville, Tenn. and moved to the area thirty years ago from West Virginia. He was a heavy equipment operator engineer, a member of the baptist faith and a member of operator engineer union.

Mr. Acosta was a veteran of the Korean War serving as a corporal in the U.S. Army. He was a retired supervisor for the City of Tampa Parks Department.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Crook of LaPine, Ore.; her daughters, Cyndi Downs Johnson of Plant City and Lani Johnson Debaets of Richmond, Va.; her brother, David Anthony of Seattle, Wash.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Heights United Methodist Church in Plant City. Mrs. Bernardo is survived by two sons, Tony Bernardo and his companion, Sandra Clarke, James Bernardo and his wife, Cynthia; one daughter, Dolores Counterman, widow of Tommy; daughter-in-law, Jane Bernardo; grandchildren, Bernie Bernardo, Karen Shepherd and her husband, Adam, Steven Bernardo, Lisa Bernardo, Troy Berna rdo and his wife, Hilcia, Celynda Bernardo, Jamey Bernardo, Christopher Bernardo, and Jerrod Bernardo; five great- grandsons and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bernardo was a member of the Bachelor and Belles, a member of Sons of Italy Club, and a member of Cultural Italian Club. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 23, 2001, 10:00 a.m., at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

BLY, Frank Anthony, 80, of Tampa, died November 19, 2001, at his Wesley Chapel residence. Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his cherished wife of fifty-four years, Frances of Tampa; two sons, Richard of Knoxville, Tenn. and Russell of Wesley Chapel; grandchildren, Amy Bly of Jackson Hole, Wyo.; Mary and Frank Bly of Wesley Chapel. A veteran of World War II, Frank moved from New York to Florida and continued to serve with the United States Postal Service for thirty-five years. Frank was a loving man who left his mark of selfless compassion and kindness with everyone he met. His gentle touch, warm smile, and devotion to his family will never be forgotten. Butler of Winter Haven, Fla.; five sisters; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. CIUCIO, Joseph, 84 of Tampa, died November 20, 2001. Born July 6, 1917 in Tampa; he is survived by seven children, Joey, Wayne, and Anthony Ciucio, Alfredo and Tony Piniella, Carol Erickson and Irene Rosello; three brothers, Victor, Mike and Jack Ciucio; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. COLE, Virginia M., age 68, of Tampa, died Sunday, November 18, 2001. Survived by her two sons, David Cole and Sean Cole and his wife Wendy, all of Tampa; three daughters, Elizabeth Kinderketch, of Zephyrhills, Fla., Arleen C. Perera and her husband David of Tampa, and Kathy Holmes and her husband Richard, of Bridgeport, R.I.; three brothers, Vincent, Joe and Arthur Riley; four sisters, Pat Alle n, Jerry Heberger, Monica Huges and Maryellen Delany; 10 grand- children and two great-grand- children. Mrs. Cole was a native of Bridgeport, Conn. and had been a resident of Tampa since 1971. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Joseph Chancler, T.O.R. Celebrant. Interment will follow in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. LARMON, Doris Musselman, died at home under the care of Hospice and family on November 20, 2001. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bob Larmon; son, Rob Larmon and wife Sue, their children Brittany and Ryan; daughter, Deborah Larmon and son Matthew; daughter, Brenda Boggs and her daughters Ashley and Christy; sister and brother-in-law, Ginny and Dellwood McDonald; brother- in-law and s ister-in-law, Curtis and Beverly Larmon; and nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Doris was born in Pittsburgh, November 11, 1926. She came to Tampa in 1937, graduating from H.B. Plant High School in 1944. She graduated with a BS from Florida State University in 1948 and interned as a dietitian in the Bronx VA Hospital to earn her RD. She began her career as a Supervisor of the Hills- borough County School lunch program. Later she taught classes at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was a member of First Christian Church where she served on the board, sang in the choir, was a Sunday School teacher, elder and served in many other ministries. She was active in Girl Scouts, Zeta Tau Alpha alumni, Junior Women's Club (`39er`) and Woman's Golf Association at Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club . She served on the board and speakers bureau for the American Heart Association. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Tampa Bay or the First Christian Church Capital Fund. Memorial Service will be held in her honor on Friday, November 23, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at First Christian Church, 350 Hyde Park Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. Family will receive friends one hour before service in the Church Parlor (Fellowship Hall).

Born in Miami on July 26, 1953, he moved to Sarasota 18 years ago from Miami. He was a retired paramedic in Sa rasota and New Orleans, La. TRABERT, Douglass Wilson, 75, of Ruskin, passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 17, 2001. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Claudine Files Trabert; his daughters, Sandy Cook of Live Oak, Fla. and Dana Benson, of Lake Wales, Fla.; a son, Dan Trabert, of Brooksville, Fla.; a brother, Tony Trabert of Ponte Vedra, Fla.; and 10 grandchildren, Doug and Tori Watson, Amanda Benso n, Heather Cavell, Danny, Breck, Brian, Jason, Creshawn and Jeremiah Trabert. He was preceded in death by his son, Tom; brother, Mark and his grandson, Gabe. He was a Christian, actively involved in Southside Baptist Church, a devoted family man and a veteran of World War II, serving as a First Lt. He owned and operated the Country Kitchen Restaurant in Ruskin for 14 years and has owned Birds of R uskin for 30 years. Friends will be received on Saturday, November 24, 2001, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church, Rt 41 South in Old Sun City, where Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Charles Lennard to officiate. She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Williams and Mildred Curtis; sons, Justin and Vaden Tucker; sister, Jessie Grinaldi; 14 grand- children and 22 great-grand- children. Mrs. Tucker retired from Hav-A-Tampa Cigar Factory. A Funeral service will be held Friday, November 23, at 11:00 a.m. at Adams & Jennings Funeral Home. Sean was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, stationed in Yuma, Ariz. Sean touched many in his short time with us and will always by a huge part of our lives. BAKER, Ethel D., 91, of Zephyrhills, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday after a brief stay at Hernando/Pasco Hospice House in Dade City. Ethel is survived by four step- children, Joan Bryant of Zephyrhills, Nancy Landuyt and Harold Baker of Stanley, N.Y. and Kenneth Scutt of Dundee, N.Y.; many grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Orrin who passed away in 1990. She is a native of Pulptney, N.Y. and came to the Zephyrhills area in 1976 from Geneva, N.Y. after retiring as an assembly line worker for Barden Robinsons Mfg. Funeral services will be held on Monday at graveside in Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Dade City with Pastor David Fritz of the Church of the Living Word officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

She is survived by three daughters, Muriel Clemens of Dade City, Nola Overturf of Zephyrhills and Linda Hawkins of Charlotte, N.C.; a brother, Edward Watkins of Panasoff- skee, Fla.; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four nieces and nephews. A native of Jackson, Mich., Be tty came to Dade City 11 years ago from Tampa where she had resided for 20 years. She was a Retired Registered Nurse who had worked for five years in the OB Dept. at Tampa General Hospital, had worked many years at University Community Hospital since it's inception as a floor nurse and was Lutheran by faith. She will be interred at a later date in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Tampa with her late husband, Merle in a private service.Oakley Funeral Home
