Survived by his wife, Marguerite of Zephyrhills; daughter, Sherri and Steven Driscoll of Hampton, N.H.; two sons, Dana and Nancy Fiske of Brentwood, N.H. and Eric and Nancy Fiske of Bow, N.H.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Peter Craig Fiske.

HETAGER, Joyce, 66, of Dade City, died November 30, 2001 at Hospice House of Pasco in Dade City. She is survived by her husband, Herman Hetager of Dade City; her sons, Eric of Punxsutawney, Pa., Chris of Gilitzen, Pa., and Kurt of Savannah, Ga.; her daughter, Debra Meade of St. Paul, Minn.and her sister Beverly Bowman of St. Paul, Minn. Joyce was born in St. Paul, Minn. and moved here in 1994 from Punxsutawney, Pa. She was a homemaker and Episcopalian by faith. She was also active in the American Legion Auxillary in Punxsutawney, Pa. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Dec. 7, 2001 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 37637 Magnolia Ave., Dade City, Fla. A memorial gift may be made to Hospice of Pasco, 13933 17th St., Dade City, FL. 33525.

LYNCH, Leo, 78, of Holiday, died Dec. 4, 2001. Survived by sons, Kenneth and Mark; daughters, Jeane Noud and Marilyn Zane; two siblings; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

MILLER, Charles Austin 72, passed away December 1, 2001 in Tampa. Survived by his wife; Ilene of Wesley Chapel; four sons, David, Shawn, Adam, and Joseph, all of Wesley Chapel; two daughters, Wanda and Renee, both of New York; two brothers, Herman of New York and James of Alabama; two sisters, Evelyn Rudder of New York and Barbara Berry of California; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild . Services will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, December 6, 2001 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with Bishop Raymond Lemieux officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. He was a Veteran of the US Army serving in Korea, and a Clerk for the US military.

ADAIR, Nancy Leoitis Fowler, 87, of Clearwater, formerly of Palm Harbor, died Dec. 4, 2001. Survived by daughter; step-daughter; two grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren.

ADAMS, Frances Lorraine, age 67, of Tampa, died November 30, 2001. Ms. Adams is a 1952 graduate of Hillsborough High School, attended George Washington University, and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi. In Washington she was employed by the U.S. Navy Department, Senator George Smathers, assisted Dr. Milton Eisenhower in the National Commission of Causes of Prevention of Violence. Ms. Adams was als o at the White House as a member of the Office of military Assistance to the President of the United States, holding a Top Security Clearance. In Tampa she was employed by the States Attorney's Office. She retired from MetLife in 1996 after 22 years. Ms. Adams is survived by her mother, Alma L. Adams; her brother, Howard W. Adams, Jr. and his wife, Anna (Dee); nephew Howard W. Adams, III and his w ife Carolyn B.; two nieces, Amanda Elaine Adams and Megan Anna Adams and many cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001, at Florida Mortuary Chapel with The Reverend Robert Belsalski officiating. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of choice in memory of Ms. Adams.

DENISON, Kenneth Francis, 79, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2001 under the care of LifePath Hospice. Survivors include his wife, Irene V. Denison; son, Michael Denison and his wife, Bernadette and their children Erin and George of Brandon, Fla.; daughters, Pamela Rubenstein and her husband Danny of Tampa, Sarah Ross and her husband Jim and their children, Adrienne and Cameron of Henry, Va. M r. Denison was a resident of Sun City Center, a Veteran of World War II, and the owner of Denison Sales Co., Specialty Products Co., and Clements Farm Service for over 20 years, as well as a member of Caloosa Country Club. Funeral services will be at Prince Of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City Center on Thursday, December 6, 2001 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. In l ieu of flowers, donations may be made to LifePath Hospice. HAWK, Robert Allan, 63, of St. Petersburg, formerly of Tampa, died December 3, 2001 at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. He was born in Oakland, Calif. and moved to St. Petersburg from Gainesville, Fla. He attended the University of Florida, receiving his Bachelors and Masters Degree in History, subsequently teaching History, Philosophy and Comparative Religion for over 20 years at Santa Fe Community College. He later became Command historian for the Florida Department of military Affairs, Florida National Guard, with publication of several books, hundreds of archives and memorialization of Florida's history with the development of several museums; Tover House, The Museum of Florida's Army, Camp Blanding Museum of World War II and St. Francis Barracks Museum. Mr. Hawk was also a Nav y Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Kate Hawk of St. Petersburg; four daughters, Susan Nelson of Gainesville, Mary Hawk Polin of Bradenton, Lucey Hawk of Palatka and Genie Hawk of St. Augustine Beach; a son, Casey Hawk of New York, N.Y.; a sister, Carol Gwin and six grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 5 from 5-8 p.m. at Craig Funeral Home, 1475 old Dixie Highway, St. August ine, Fla. (904) 824-1672. JOHNSON, Steffan James `Fonz`, 20, of Palm Harbor, passed away November 30, 2001 in Clearwater. Born September 17, 1981 at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, he is the son of Dan and Barb and brother of Tim Johnson. Steffan attended Carwise middle and East Lake high schools in Palm Harbor. He's been an extremely hard-working and dedicated employee at Full Spectrum Telecommunications since 1998. He at tended Countryside Christian Center of Clearwater, Fla. He was an active young man who enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing, snow-boarding, wake-boarding, working out, Starbuck's and living life to it's fullest. He was a very gifted, spirited, uplifting joy to be around. He had an uncanny ability to bring laughter and overwhelming happiness to everyone he came in contact with. He had a smile and he art that was larger than life. Surviving him are father and mother, Dan and Barb; beloved brother, Tim and nephew, Dylan Blake; Dylan's mom, Jenelle; grandmother, Laura Jackson; grandfathers and grandmothers, Ed and Janet Foltz and Bill and Sharon Harder; uncles and aunts, Randy and Cheryl Foltz, Dave and Jan Foltz, Jaime and Deanna Foltz, Randy and Debbie Buxton, Mark and Dawn Lambert, Richard an d Janalle Roth and Mike and Tammy Katsenos; cousins, Rory, Cassie, David and James Foltz, Gary and Craig Buxton, `RJ`, Joey and Jack Roth; very special friends, Dave, Kirsten and Keily Ulatowski and Bill Fekety; and so many other wonderful family, friends and coworkers too numerous to mention. KINCAID, William F. `Bill`, age 80, born January 14, 1921 in Huntington, West Virginia, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2001 at his Tampa home. He graduated from the University of West Virginia with a B.S. Degree in Engineering. Bill served in the US Army Air Corps in World War II and was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant in 1946. After the War he moved to Florida and founded Kincaid Brick in So uth Tampa in 1948, where it still operates today. He met, fell in love and married, Margie DeWald on Nov. 29, 1956. Bill was a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce; American Legion Post #139; and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Among Bill's many great accomplishments, he was most revered for his decades of commitment and support of the Republican Party. As an early support er of Ronald Reagan in 1968, through the years, Bill's hard work established the GOP in Hillsborough County and was instrumental in the success the party enjoys today locally, in Tallahassee and Washington , D.C. Since the early 1980's Bill has served as County Chairman, State Committeeman and on several Republican Campaigns that have been fought and won for over 20 years. The local Republican Head quarters is still housed at Kincaid Brick where one of the largest American flags in the City of Tampa flies every day. Bill's example will be followed by many for years to come through the example of his successful quest by providing Hillsborough County residents leadership with integrity, common sense and conservative solutions. He will be greatly missed. Bill is survived by his wife of 45 years , Margie Kincaid; nephew and niece, Robert and Betty Stackler of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister-in-law, Nellie Kincaid of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; nephew, Jimmy Kincaid of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; nephew, John Kincaid of Tampa; nephew, David Kincaid of Jacksonville; sister-in-law, Alma DeWald of Tampa; nephew, Walter DeWald of Chicago, Ill.; niece and nephew, David and Elaine DeWald of Honolulu, Hawaii; and n ephew and niece, Richard and Raejean Hemrick of St. George, Utah. A memorial service honoring Bill Kincaid, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 6 at Palma Ceia United Methodist Church, corner of South Dale Mabry Hwy. and Bay to Bay Blvd. Dr. R. Earle Rabb will officiate. A reception in the Church's Social Hall will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be made, in the name of Bill Kincaid, to the Hillsborough County Republican Party, 4526 South Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa, FL. 33611 or to your preferred charity.

LAURITO, Antonio M. 78, of Wesley Chapel, died December 2, 2001 in Tampa. He is survived by his wife, Medin; two sons, Alberto and Alexander; two daughters, Marilyn Artienda, and Alma McColl; 10 grandchildren; and four sisters. He was of the Catholic faith; a U.S. Naval Veteran of World War II; former supervisor of The Crime Lab, US Naval Base, Philippines; and a member of I.A.I. (International Association of Identification). Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-8 p.m.

MESTER, Alfred Julius, Sr. 88, of Plano, TX. passed away December 1, 2001. Survivors include his wife, Joann; two sons, Alfred J. Mester, Jr. of Tampa and Mark S. Mester of North Glenn, Colo.; three daughters, Suzanne Chick of Tampa, Debra Mester of Tampa and Betsy Williams of Plano, TX.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A native of Quincy, Ill., Mr . Mester resided in the Tampa area from 1943 until 1989. He was very active in the Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, Tampa, Fla. and memberships include the I.B.E.W. and Hillsborough Lodge No. 25 F.& A.M. PFARR, Richard J., 78, of Tampa, passed away December 3, 2001. He was predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Dee Pfarr. Survived by his three daughters, Deryl Benito and Dawn Litchfield of Tampa and Denise Baxley of Temple Terrace; his sister, Betty Fritz, of North Royalton, Ohio and six grandchildren. Dick was a devoted family man, a loving husband and a wonderful father and grandfather. He was a veteran of the Armed Forces, Dick was an Air Force 1st Lieutenant and served during World War II and the Korean War. Dick earned the Korean Service Medal and the United Nations Service Medal for his combat flying service. Dick also retired from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1978 after 32 years of service as an air traffic controller. He was a longtime member of the Temple Terrace Presby terian Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Temple Terrace Presbyterian Church or St. Joseph's Cancer Institute in his memory. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, December 8, at 11 a.m., at the Temple Terrace Presbyterian Church at 420 Bullard Parkway.

He was a member of Community Baptist Church and served in World War II in the US Army. Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Garden of Memories Cemetery with Rev. Woodrow Bullerman officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
