BRACK, Virginia Mae, 79, of Tampa, passed away December 10, 2001. She is preceded in death by her son, William D. Brack Jr., and is survived by her son, Robert Shane Brack and his wife, Betty; daughters, Nancy Brack Powell and her husband, Paul, Susan Graham and her husband, Bob and Barbara Wooten and her husband, Harlan; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and a host o f friends. Mrs. Brack was a member of the First Baptist Church of Harney. Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2001, 2:00 p.m., at the Garden of Memories Cemetery with Rev. J.C. Valentine of the First Baptist Church of Harney officiating.

CHOATE, Vivian L. `Vee`, of Tampa, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001. She is survived by her husband, J. Sam Choate of Tampa; mother, Virginia E. Arnold of Tampa; brother, Dana R. Arnold and his wife, Leslie of Dallas, Texas ; nieces, Kathryn Arnold of New Port Richey, Lindsey Arnold of Pittsburgh, Pa. and Elizabeth Arnold of Safety Harbor, Fla.; sons, Hugh B. Severs, III, Barry L. Severs, MD. and Jose ph M. Severs and his wife, Kristine. Vee Choate was born and lived her early years in northern Virginia. She is a graduate of Wakefield High School in Arlington, Va. She graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in Music Education and did additional music studies at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. In the past, she has been a public school teacher, a Director of Children's and Youth C hoirs, Director of Single's Ministries and Director of Christian Education at Hyde Park United Methodist Church. For twenty years, she served as the church Wedding Coordinator. For twelve years she served St. Petersburg Junior College as Coordinator of Student Activities for the Clearwater Campus. As the Student Government Association Advisor, she coordinated the College Leadership Development Pro gram that became a model for other Student Government Associations in the state. She served as State Advisor for several years and was twice selected as the Outstanding Advisor and Outstanding Programmer for the National Association of Campus Activities. In 2001, she was elected to the Florida Community College Hall of Fame for Educators. Since retiring from St. Petersburg Junior college, she had served on the staff at Hyde Park United Methodist Church as the Administrative Assistant to the ministers. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Hyde Park United Methodist Church, 500 W. Platt St., Tampa, FL. 33606. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Hyde Park United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.

DUNSMORE, Dale Richard, 78, of Tampa, passed away December 10, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Patricia Dunsmore; son, Scott R. Dunsmore and his wife, Kathleen; daughter, Janet Bernard; step- children, Gordon and Jeff Gibbs and Nancy Young; sister, Jean Henning; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2001, 2:00 p.m., at the Garden of Memories Chapel, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, with Rev. Robert Dunsmore officiating. Interment will follow in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday one hour prior to service.

EANELL, Wanda J., 88, has passed to God's loving hands to join her husband, Ben and infant daughter, Rosemary on December 12, 2001. Born September 3, 1913, in Hartford, Conn., she moved with her husband, Ben and son, Robert to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1958 where she remained until moving to The Grand Court of Tampa in 1968. She is survived by her son, Robert Eanell; daughter-in-law Carolyn Ea nell; and grandchildren, Natalia Eanell and Angelina Eanell, all of Tampa; sister, Francis Xantho and brother, Walter Savitkas, both of Connecticut. Mrs. Eanell was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church for 43 years. There will be a graveside funeral service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Petersburg.

FARRELL, Clifford E. `Cliff`,54, of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001. Born May 14, 1947 in New York, N.Y., Mr. Farrell is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Searles; a sister, Patricia Holseybrook; and two nephews, Keith and Vidal Aldahondo, all of Tampa He was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietname War and was employed as the Special Events Coordinator for Pepsi Cola o f Daytona Beach. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001 at Myrtle Hill Cemetery. FILIPPELLO, Frances Ida, age 87, of Tampa, passed away December 12, 2001. A native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Mrs. Filippello was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Filippello, Sr. and is survived by her daughter, Rosalie Carmen Bryant and husband, Donald; son, Louis Filippello and wife, Patty; grandchildren, Donald Bryant and wife, Kathy, Louis Bryant, Lisa Shick and husband, David, Dana Clements and husband, Mark; sisters, Elsie Suarez and Mary Franzone; nieces and nephews, Elsie Jean Hailey, Rena Prieto, Nora Lamb, Lorraine Todd, Joe, Frank and Richard Midulla, Mike Ferrera; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the chapel of Gonzalez Funeral Home, with entomb- ment to follow in the Italian Club Mausoleum. Pallbearers include, Louis Bryant, David Shick, Mark Clements, Paul Lamb, Chris Midulla, Anthony and Steve Governale and Anthony Prieto. FOSTER, John J., 78, died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001 at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa. He was born in Coroan, Long Island, New York and retired from the Navy as an aircraft inspector. Following his military career, Mr. Foster was employed by the US Postal Service in Tampa for many years. He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Burnett of Carmel, Calif. and Kathleen Allen of Torrence, Calif.; a son, George L. Anderson of Tampa; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

GARRITY, William E., of Lakeland, formerly of Needham, Mass., died on Friday, Dec. 7, 2001. Born in Boston, Mass., Mr. Garrity moved to Lakeland recently. Goff; three brothers, Thelton Goff, Larry Goff and Wayne Goff; sister, Nellie Fuller; two grandchildren, Khayla Rae Goff and Jesse Michael Goff. HEINZE Sr., Frederick C., 82, died December 7, 2001 at his daughter's home in Crofton, Md. He was preceded in death by his son, Chris and his wife of 57 years, Rachel. He is survived by his daughters, Francis Heinze and Linda Whitmer; brother, Donald Francis Heinze of New York; grandchildren, Stacy and Weston Whitmer of Maryland and many other relatives and friends. Mr. Heinze was born in Bosto n, Mass. He served during World War II in the 493 Group of the 100th Bomb Squadron. He worked for Borden's Dairy for 38 years before retiring. He was a Mason at Dade City Chapter 48 and a Knight Templar of Plant City. The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to LifePath Hospice of Tampa. Visitation services are to be held Friday, December 14 from 6-8 p.m. at Blount, Curry & Roel Funeral Homes, 5101 Nebraska Ave., Tampa. HILTON, Richard C. `R.C.`, 88, a native of Kissimmee and resident of Tampa for more than 50 years, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001. He was a registered real estate broker in Florida for 54 years. Before moving to Tampa, he was a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel and an executive with GMAC Financial. He was a broadcast executive, an inventor, a real estate developer, financial investor, and Internet Website creator during his years in business in Tampa. He was preceded in death by a son, Richard C. Hilton, Jr., 63, who died in an automobile accident in Atlanta in April. He is survived by his daughter, June Hilton Sedillos; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

JONES, Carleton T., 80, died December 11, 2001. He is survived by two sisters, Olive and Juanita; four sons, Michael, Timothy, Terry, and Kevin; a daughter, Debbie; 17 grand- children; and three great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Kathy; and a granddaughter, Nicole. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2001, at Christ the King Catholic Church, Tampa.

JOYCE, Peter Edward, 60, of Tampa and formerly of Portland, Maine, died Nov. 18, 2001, at his home following a long illness. He was born in Portland, a son of Michael and Catherine Coyne Joyce. He graduated from Portland High School and served in the United States Air Force. He worked as a painter and handyman. Mr. Joyce was a former communi- cant of St. Dominic's Church. Survivng are his son, Shawn Joyce of Massachussetts; a daughter, Shannon Joyce of Delaware; a brother, John J. Joyce Sr. of Yarmouth; a sister, Ann Joyce Pelosi of Windham; and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass was held on Nov. 23 at at St. Patrick's Church. Interment followed at Calvary Cemetery, S. LEECE, Betty Jean, 61, of Riverview, passed away December 12, 2001. Survivors include her husband, Wade; three sons, John `Kenny` Connolly and wife, Leslie of Tampa, Joseph F. Connolly and wife, Kathy of Inverness, and Jimmy Leece and wife, Pamela of Wesley Chapel; brother, Bill Crawford of Tampa; sister, Joann Patrick of Dover; 10 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. A native of Enterpr ise, Ala., she came to the Tampa area in 1952 from Montgomery, Ala. Mrs. Leece was a Baptist and retired from Coastal Convenience Store. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:00 a.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Home. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Lewis (Dan) of Sun City Center; son, Robert M., Jr. (Bob) and wife Susan of Odessa; grandchildren, Michael Briggs, Mindy Mallory, Lisa Pennington and Andrew Mallory; and three great-grandchildren, Austin, Madison and Grace Briggs. Mrs. Mallory was born and raised in Tampa and graduated from Hillsborough High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Citrus Park, the Order of the E astern Star, Mystic Chapter #110, Past Worthy Matron and Past Grand Chaplain of Florida and also active for many years in the Order of Rainbow for Girls serving in many capacities. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Flowers will be accepted of donations to LifePath Hospice.

MINCIN, Alfred E., (Pap Pap), 80, of Land O' Lakes, Fla., passed away on Monday, Dec. 10, 2001 He is formerly of Whitehall, Pa. Survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Ellen Mincin. He was the loving father of two daughters, Renee Mincin, and Joann Harrison and her husband, Rob; and one son, Gary Mincin, all of Florida. The cherished grandfather of Tricia McCallister and husband, Adrian, and of Paige Harrison; step-grandfather of Rebecca Reyes and Brian Greene; great-grandfather of Jacob and Jessica McCallister, as well as Hector, Anthony and Josh Reyes. Also survived by brother-in-law Ralph Dioletta and many nieces and nephews. He served in the US Navy during World War II aboard the USS Sangamon. He retired from the Circulation Department of the Pittsburgh Press in 1986 after 45 year s of service and was a member of Teamsters Local 211 in Pittsburgh. He will be remembered as `an outstanding nice guy, a devoted family man, and especially as an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.` He was loved and cherished by all. His family and friends will miss his loving and giving spirit. Mr. Mincin and his wife lived in Pittsburgh until they retired to Florida in 1987 to be with their children. H e passed away peacefully at University Community Hospital in Tampa, Fla. while undergoing heart surgery. Friends will be received Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Blount, Curry & Roel Funeral Home, Lutz-Land O'Lakes Chapel, 18310 N. US Hwy 41. His life will be celebrated in a commemorative Mass at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Land O' Lakes, Fla. on Saturday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests intentions be directed in memory of Al to the St. Vincent DePaul Society c/o Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, PO Box 1229, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639.

MONTGOMERY, William `Bill`, 67, of Bessemer, Alabama, died November 29, 2001. Services were held in Alabama. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Vera; daughters, Virginia Thomas, Emma `Pete` Kuzniar and Mary Montgomery; sons, Sam and Raymond; grandchildren, Keith, Martin, Taylor, Cassie, Stephen, Katie, Ricky and Ernie.

MORRIS, William Carl, 43, of Tampa, passed away December 7, 2001. He is survived by his son, Zachary Morris; mother, Patricia Morris; brother, Mike Morris; sisters, Jeanne Benson and Jennifer Morris and two close friends, Butch and Shane. Mr. Morris was born in Clearfield, Pa. and was a US Marine veteran. Interment will be in Clearfield, Pa. at a later date.
