He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Margaret LuAnn Coleman. In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Bennie and Sheryl Davis, Jr; paternal grandmother, Vivian Nichols and paternal grandfather, Earl Nichols; maternal great-grandparents, Bennie and Mary Davis, Sr.; paternal great-grandparents, Charles and Mazie Hall.

PULLARA, Melba Blanco, age 81, of Tampa passed away Saturday, March 16, 2002 at Kindred Hospital. Melba was a retired Cigar Maker for Coral Wodiska Cigar Factory after 46 years of service. She was of the Catholic Faith; member of Centro Asturiano; was a supporter of the Spanish Lyric Theater Company for over 40 years; and was a member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Unit #248. She is survived by her sister, Gloria Nieves Roy; niece, Nancy Darlene Roy; nephew, Louis Manuel Roy and wife Lisa; grandnephew, Christopher Manuel Roy; cousin, John Muniz and wife Connie; and a host of several cousins in Spain. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 20, 10 a.m. at Centro Asturiano Memorial Park Cemetery, E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Melba will be greatly missed by family and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at

Services will be 11 a.m., Friday at Whitfield Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Logan officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Hernando/Pasco Hospice or to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church.

FOWLER, Elvis Cortez `Tess`, 80, of Zephyrhills, passed away Monday, March 18, 2002 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Nell K. Fowler of Zephyrhills; his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Lamar White of Zephyrhills; one sister, Lucille Wheeler of Zephyrhills; one brother, Douglas Fowler of Tifton, Ga.; three grandchildren, Joshua, Rachel, and Jacob White; and many nieces and nephews. He was born October 6, 1921 in Sylvester, Ga. and moved to this area 40 years ago from Waycross, Ga. He was a World War II Army veteran, was co-owner and operator of the Wheeler & Fowler Shell Station, and retired from the Withlacoochee River Electric Co-op. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2002, at the Oakley Funeral Home in Dade City with Rev. Randall Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Memory Gardens. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the Oakley Funeral Home.

HOBSON, Joel C., 56, of San Antonio, died Friday, March 15, 2002 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Hobson; two sons, Timothy Hobson of San Antonio and Kevin Hobson and wife, Tracy of Zephyrhills; two brothers, William of Falls Church, Va. and Kenneth of Pinson, Ala.; three sisters, Myra and Sherry of Alabama and Becky of Atlanta, Ga.; and one granddaughter, Amanda. A native of Bessemer, Ala., he moved to San Antonio in 1974 from Tampa. He was a 34 year employee of Tampa Electric, currently a planner analyst. He had served in the US Air Force. He was a member of the N.N.B.A. of Teco. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Coleman and Ferguson Funeral Home with Dr. Theadore E. Delong officiating. Burial followed at Floral Memory Gardens.

INGHAM, Marian L. 86, of Dade City, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002 in Lakeland. She is survived by one son, William H. Ingham of Dade City; and a nephew, Russell Hartung of Norwich, Conn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John L. Ingham and a son, James W. Ingham. A native of Bellvedere, N.J., she moved to Dade City in 1966 from Key West. She was a registered nurse, a past member of the Dade City Women's Club and an avid golfer, bowler, and tennis player. She was of the Methodist faith.

O'TOOLE, Paul, 73, of Dade City, died Monday, March 18, 2002 at his residence. Born in Boston, Mass., he moved to this area 15 years ago from Midway, Mass. He was a retired carpenter, a member of Local #67 Union and a member of the Church of Christ of Trilacoochee. Mr. O'Toole is survived by his loving wife, L.E. (Peggy O'Toole); sons, James W. O'Toole and wife, Patricia of Quincy, Mass. and P. Michael O'Toole and wife, Tammi of Florida; daughters, Kathleen E. Meeker and husband, Steve of Dade City and Maureen B. Hollister and husband, Ward of Dade City; sister, Jean Buban of New Jersey; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, from 6:00-9:00 p.m., March 21, 2002 at Oakley Funeral Home in Dade City. Funeral Services for Mr. O'Tool e will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 22, 2002 at the funeral home with Elder Jimmie Johnson and grandson, Donald Meeker officiating. Graveside services will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens with Elder Chuck Gates officiating. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions be made in memory of Paul O'Toole and mailed to Chuck Gates, 13709 10th Street, Dade City, FL 33525. Contributions will be sent to Church of Christ Evangelist in Belize and Central America. Donations may also be sent to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.

OWEN, Rosa lee, 73, formerly of Dade City, died Monday morning, March 18, 2002 in Somerville, Tenn. She is survived by two daughters, Cheri Nobles and her husband, Willie of Brooksville and Deborah Own of Somerville, Tenn.; one son, Harris E. Owen, III of Somerville, Tenn.; one sister, Frances Jones of Somerville, Tenn.; one grandson, Willie Nobles, III of Brooksville; two granddaughters, Bobi Nobles of Brooksville and Marina Owen of Orlando; and three great-granddaughters, Codie Stone, Devan Stone and Cheyenne Nobles, all of Brooksville. A native of Hardeman Co., Tenn., she had been a 40 year resident of Dade City. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dade City. She had retired from the Holiday Inn in Brooksville where she was the Food & Beverage Manager. She was a former book store owner, elementary school teacher and substitute teacher. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the Coleman & Ferguson Funeral Home.

STEWART, Anabel, 83, of Hudson, died March 18, 2002. Survived by significant other, Daniel Kline; son, Gary; daughter, Annette; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

WALLACE, Wendy Jo, 37, of Zephyrhills, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2002 in St. Petersburg, Fla. She is survived by her husband, Craig M. Wallace of Zephyrhills; two sons, Jacob Fisher and Luke Fisher, both of Zephyrhills; her mother, Connie Sorenson of Deltona, Fla.; one brother, Rob Sorenson of Orlando, Fla.; one sister, Carmen Sorenson of Deltona, Fla.; her aunt, Lanean Hughes of Dallas, Texas ; several cousins; her mother-in-law, Betty McCormick; her father-in-law, Jack Wallace; and many of Craig's relatives including siblings, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Sorenson. She was born February 25, 1965 in Fort Lee, Va., and moved to Zephyrhills 15 years ago from Bagley, Minn. She was a Teacher at Centennial Elementary School, an Aerobics Instructo r at the Y.M.C.A., and was a member of the National Federation of Teachers. Funeral services will be held 6 p.m., Thursday, March 21, 2002 at the First Presbyterian Church in Zephyrhills with Dr. Buddy Hollyfield officiating. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at the Oakley Funeral Home in Dade City. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be sent to the Wendy Wallace YMCA Scholarship Fund, c/o Dr. Buddy Hollyfield, 5510 19th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33540.

CIEPLINSKI, Leo F., 80, of Zephyrhills, died March 17, 2002 at East Pasco Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; two sons, James and wife Doreen of Dunkirk. N.Y., and Daniel and wife Susan of Brocton, N.Y.; one daughter, Mary Jane Russo and husband Ross of Dunkirk; one sister, Ester Mackowiar of Dunkirk; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Cieplinski was born in Dunkirk and moved to the area in 1981. He was a member of St. Hyacinth Catholic Church; First Ward Falcon Club; V.F.W; Kosciuszko Club; Moose Lodge #89; B.O.P.E. and the Tin Can Sailors, all in Dunkirk. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 23, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Zephyrhills.
