CONINE, Kashous `K.E.`, 78 of Tampa passed away Wednesday March 27, 2002. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Grace; one son, Keith Conine; two daughters, Katrina Holsonback, and Cynthia Watkins; four grandchildren, John Collins, Christine Wallingford, Trenton and Brett Watkins; and two great-grandchildren, John F. Collins, and Devyn Wallingford. A native of Lakeland, Ga., he lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1954, coming from Jacksonville, Fla. He is a US Navy veteran and a member of the VFW. He was an Attorney at Law and a past member of the Florida and Georgia Bar. Funeral services will be held 5 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2002, at the Stowers Riverview Chapel, the family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2002 at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make contributions to LifePath Hospice.

DAVEY, Maria E., 85, of Tampa, passed away March 15, 2002. A Tampa native, she was born April 6, 1916. She is survived by her daughter, Alice M. Caballero-Wilder of Tampa.

DOZIER II, Charles Jackson, 76, of Odessa, died March 24, 2002. He is survived by wife, Joyce; and loving family. Memorial service will be held 6 p.m. April 5, Friday, at Amvets Post #9, Hwy. 54, Odessa, Fla.

DWYER, Francis Craighead, 68, of Sun City Center, died Tuesday, March 19, 2002 at his home. Mr. Dwyer was born in Atlanta, Georgia on Oct. 13, 1933. His father, Francis Joseph Dwyer, was a lawyer and businessman; and his mother, Frances Craighead Dwyer was a lawyer. Mr. Dwyer graduated from Sewanee military Academy in Sewanee, Tennessee and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1956 from the University of Flo rida, Gainesville where he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He worked for the American Red Cross as a field director in Southeast Asia, Hawaii, Mississippi and Alabama until 1965. With his family he moved to Atlantic Beach, Florida and then to Jacksonville in 1972 where he owned and operated a family retail shop. Mr. Dwyer relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1980. During his life Mr. Dwyer enjoyed scuba diving, camping, philosophy and meditation. He was devoted to his dogs. He was the father of a son, Francis Craighead Dwyer, Jr.; and a daughter, Alliston Dwyer Duryea. Mr. Dwyer is survived by his daughter and grandson, William MacLeish Duryea, of Tampa. A memorial service will be held April 6 at 11 a.m. at Saint John's Episcopal Parish, 906 South Orleans Avenue, Tampa. FARMER, Freda M., age 80, passed away on March 29, 2002 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Farmer. She is survived by her sons, Wayne Farmer of San Antonio, Texas , and Ronald Farmer of Lutz; her daughters, Carolyn Grahm of Tampa, and Peggy Howey of Land O' Lakes; her seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was a native of Metropolis, Ill., and of the Baptist faith. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 1, 2002 at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The familly will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will held in Oddfellow Cemetery in Joppa, Ill.

GILLESPIE, Kenneth I., age 81, died March 28, 2002 after a brief illness. Born Nov. 9, 1920 in Akron, Ohio, currently residing in St. Petersburg, Fla., Ken was President of Gillespie-Pilcher Realty Co., and Ken Gillespie Realty & Building Co. He was a Realtor, Builder and Developer in Akron, Ohio. Ken was a World War II veteran and member of Akron Homebuilders, Akron Board of Realtors and American Legion. He was very devoted to his family and loved traveling, boating and bicycling. He was preceded in death by his wife, Harriet J. Gillespie (nee Hartigan); and is survived by his brother, Haywood of Ocala, Fla.; sister, Tina Manges of Diamond, Ohio; sons, K. Patrick (Jayne) of Wadsworth, Ohio, James M. (Diane) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Robert H. (Kris) of Brandon, Fla.; daughters, D onna M. Stalnaker (Bill) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Margaret A. Sofran (Gene) of Valrico, Fla.; 24 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2002 at 10 a.m. at Hospice-Woodside Chapel, 6770 102nd Street N., Pinellas Park, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Hospice of The Florida Suncoast, 300 East Bay Drive, Largo, FL 33770.

HAGEMAN, Thomas L., of Sun City Center passed away on March 26, 2002. Mr. Hageman is preceded in death by his brother, Jack; and is survived by his wife, Muriel; sisters, Virginia Hageman of Cleveland, Ohio, and Margaret Carney of Rochester, New York; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City Center. Entombment will occur at a later date in the Garden of Memories mausoleum. Survivors include her cousins, Mina DeLaVergne and Ted DeLaVergne Jr., and his wife Robin W. Mrs. Harris was born in Denver Colo. She lived in Indiana prior to moving to Arizona. KORCZYNSKI, Yolanda M., age 46, of Tampa, passed away Good Friday, March 29, 2002. She was born in Neptune, N.J., on Nov. 9, 1955 to Karol and Maria Korczynski. Her father preceded her in death. Yola was loved and admired by her family and many friends. She is survived by her mother, Maria; sister and brother-in-law, Magdalena and Thomas Kelley, and their three children, Christopher, Meghan and Alexis. Yola's passion was riding and caring for horses. She worked for the U.S. Olympic Equestrian Team in Gladstone, N.J. A serious car accident in Jan. of 1983 left her disabled. However, she continued to be involved with horses and received a third place ribbon in the 1984 Special Olympics. Her unwavering faith and love of her Church, gave her much joy and solace. A Funeral Mass will be offer ed for the repose of her soul, Tuesday, April 2 at 12 noon at the Catholic Church of the Incarnation. She will be lovingly remembered by her community of friends and family. Ray Ashworth; and granddaughter, Kristin Pitts. Nina was retired from the City of Tampa Recreational Department and a Graduate of Hillsborough High School. NICHOLS, Sarah `Sally` L., of Tampa passed away on March 28, 2002. She moved to Tampa in 1957. Sally worked as a Lunchroom Aide for Temple Terrace Elementary School from the mid 70's to late 80's. She is best remembered for her booming voice and her caring heart. She volunteered in the Music department at Temple Terrace Elementary and also performed Teddy Bear shows for K-3rd grade classes. She loved children, music and her family. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Suzan Elisabeth Nichols. She is survived by her husband, John M. Nichols; her sister, Mary Ellen Yount Grindstaff; her sons, Bobby, David and Marty; and her grandchildren, Alan, Gary, Christopher, Stephen and Kristen. SAN, Mary Alice Fisher, 77 of Tampa, Florida passed away on March 29, 2002. Mrs. San is survived by her husband, James M. San; sons, Louis J. San II of Chicago, Illinois, Gregory W. San of Greenville, South Carolina, John M. San of Tampa, Florida; daughter, Harriet L. San of Largo, Florida; brother, J. Hillyer Fisher of Franklin, North Carolina; grandchildren, Eleanor San of Silver Spring, Maryland and Rebecca San of Chicago, Illinois and Tegan Twedt of Largo, Florida. Born in Clayton, Georgia, she graduated from Duke University School of Nursing in 1945. She lived in Tampa since 1949 with her husband of 57 years, James M. San, MD. Her memberships included the Medical Society Auxiliary; Tampa Yacht and Country Club; `Weeders` and Beach Park Garden Clubs; and Beach Park Women's Club. She will be fondly remembered by her many friends and especially missed by the `Sew - n - Sew's`. A funeral service will be held on April 02, 2002, at 12 p.m. at Blount Curry & Roel Funeral Home, MacDill Avenue Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

SELF, Marvin Royce, 56, of Floral City, died Monday, March 25, 2002 at Tampa General Hospital. Born in Louisville, Ky., he moved to Floral City in August, 2001 from Ft. Lauderdale. He was a retired sales representative. Marvin dedicated his life to the pursuit of excellence through his music, and was an avid follower and student of Chet Atkins, CGP. Survivors include his two children, Janice Vollink of Ft. Lauderdale and Michael Self of Davie, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
