Survivors include her sons, Robert Williams of Columbus, Ga., George Smith of Jacksonville, Alfred of Royal, Joseph of Ocala and Roosevelt of Wildwood; daughters, Bessie, Bertha David, Annie, Dorothy, Daisy Lewis, Angela Noel and Paula of Wildwood; brothers, Lovell King of Chicago and Louis Turner of Ohio; sisters, Lillian Towl and Susan Steel of Ohio; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy Davis
Dorothy Davis, 77, of Astor died Thursday (Aug. 17, 2000). Born in Montrose, Ill., she moved to Astor from Deland in 1990. She was a housewife. She was a Baptist and member of the Library Club of Astor. Survivors include her sons, Ronald Force of Kalispell, Idaho, and Stanley Bowman, III of Astor; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Beyers Funeral Home, Astor.

Gladys M. King
Gladys M. King, 83, of Lady Lake died Wednesday (Aug. 16, 2000). Born in Chittenango, N.Y., she moved to Lady Lake from East Lake Wier in 1986. She was a Presbyterian. Survivors include her husband, Clayton F.; daughters, Judith Mann of Lady Lake and Joyce Bush of Canastota, N.Y.; sister, Norma Tonkin of Syracuse, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Martha T. Kreigsman
Martha Tennant Kreigsman, 79, of Eustis died Wednesday (Aug. 16, 2000). Born in Pentress, W. Va., she moved from Fairview, W. Va., to Eustis in 1963. She was a vice president of Barnett Bank in Eustis and a member of First United Methodist Church in Eustis. Survivors include her husband, George C.; son, Bradley Tennant of Nashville, Tenn.; daughter, Brenda Tennant Walls of Gainsville; step-daughters, Rita McLaughlin of Longwood and Grace Johnson of Astor; step-son, Ray Kreigsman of Saudi Arabia; one grandson; four granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren. Richard Larocque
Richard "Buddy" Larocque, 29, of Leesburg died Thursday (Aug. 17, 2000). He was born in Atlanta and a life long resident of Coleman. He was a manager at Leesburg Paint Company and a Protestant. Survivors include his mother, Paula and father, Richard of Coleman; wife, Theresa; brother, Rod of Coleman; sister, Amanda of Sebring; maternal grandmother, Ellen Stokes of Coleman and paternal grandmother, Marie Larocque of Leesburg. John Jim Manos
John Jim Manos, 82, of Ocala died Tuesday (Aug. 15, 2000). Born in Atlanta he moved to Ocala from Miami. He was a salesman for the cookie industry and a veteran of the Air Force and WWII. Survivors include his wife, Bessie; son, George John of Ocala; daughter, Tina M. Clarks of Matthews, N.C.; and five grandchildren. Purcell Funeral Home, Bushnell.

Jean Ellen Thompson
Jean Ellen Thompson, 84, of Leesburg died Tuesday (Aug. 15, 2000). Born in Pittsburg she moved to Central Florida in 1979. She was a retired registered nurse and member of First Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her brother, Ralph of Scottsdale, Ariz. Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg.

Bob Tillman
Bob Tillman, 70, of Bushnell died Thursday (Aug. 17, 2000). Born in Floral City he moved to Sumter County in 1950. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a veteran of the Air Force and the Korean War and attended Indian Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; sons, Robert K. of Warner Robbins, Ga., and Thomas L. of Zephyrhills; daughters, Susan Callihan of Cocoa Beach, Teresa Cannon of Okahumpka, Patti Burchfield of Bushnell and Maude White of Bushnell; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; six step-children; 16 step-grandchildren; and eight step-great grandchildren. Rhuselle E. Alderman
Rhuselle Elizabeth Alderman, 77, of Webster died Thursday (Nov. 16, 2000) in Dade City. Born in Sylvester, Ga., she moved to Webster seven years ago from Riverview. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. Survivors include her sons, Carl of Webster, Ralph of Tampa, and Maxey of Riverview; daughters, Wanda Wright of McEwen, Tenn., and Paula Lee of Tallahassee; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Katie Littleton Davis
Katie Bell Littleton Davis, 65, of Clermont died Monday (Nov. 13, 2000). Born in Hazelhurst, Miss., she moved to Clermont from Mississippi in 1949. She was a member of New Inspiration Baptist Church, Winter Garden. Survivors include her daughters, Kattie Jean Bell of Sanford, Joann Davis of Webster, Deniece and Angela Davis, both of Clermont, Patricia Everett of Webster; sons, Homer Jr. of Winter Garden, Carl Lee of Winter Springs, Tyrone of Orlando; sisters, Berthinia Williams of Memphis, Tenn., Cattie Cain of Wesson, Miss., and Gladys Grant of Vicksburg, Miss.; 24 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Katie Bell Littleton Davis will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 19, 2000) at New Inspiration Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. David Harp Sr. officiating. Burial will be held in Oakhill Cemetery, Clermont, under the direction of Marvin C. Zanders Funeral Home, 232 West Michael Gladden Blvd., Apopka, Fla. 32703. Public viewing will be on Saturday (Nov. 18, 2000) from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Zanders Chapel in Apopka.

Frederick B. Farrell
Frederick Bathurst Farrell, 93, of Leesburg died Friday (Nov. 17, 2000). Born in Chicago, he moved to Leesburg from Homewood, Ill., in 1974. He was retired from the U.S. Federal Highway Administration; was a Protestant, and attended Christian Science Church. He was an engineer on the construction of the Alaska Highway; was a regional federal highway administrator of six Midwestern states; and was chairman of the Chicago Federal Executive Board. He is survived by his son, Frederick M. Farrell of Ormond Beach. Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg.

Marian Briggs Ford
Marian Keith Briggs Ford, 95, of Lady Lake died Thursday (Nov. 16, 2000). Born in Taylor, Texas , she moved to Central Florida in 1960. She was a homemaker and an educator. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church. She was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Leesburg; League of Families; Unity School of Christianity; was a graduate of University of Texas , Austin; and was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority. She devoted much of her time toward world peace and understanding. Survivors include her daughters, Gwen McLin of Okahumpka and Charlotte Abington of Dunedin; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Steverson-Hamlin and Hilbish, Tavares.
Funeral services and interment for Marian Keith Briggs Ford will be held at graveside at the Austin Memorial Cemetery, Austin, Texas , on Tuesday (Nov. 21, 2000). Mrs. Ford is pre-deceased by her son Commander Randolph Wright Ford, U.S.N., and her grandson, John Blair McLin. Steverson-Hamlin and Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares.

Clayton Carl Harless
Clayton Carl Harless, 70, of Orlando died Thursday (Nov. 16, 2000). Born in Preston, W.Va., he moved to Orlando from Kimball, W.Va., in 1961. He was a former manager for Cocoa Cola and was an associate pastor of Kelly Park Baptist Church in Apopka. He was a former chaplain Constable, District 3, Orange County; former member of Board Chaplainey for the Orange County Sheriff's Office; former member of the Board Department of Religion at Mercy Hospital in Orlando. Survivors include his wife, Ocie L.; sons, Rick J. of Apopka, Stephen of Orlando; daughter, Susan Smith of Mascotte; brothers, Manford of Clarkston, Mich., and L.D. of Oxford, Mich.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Kurfiss Funeral Home, Groveland.
