PINES, Eva Lorences , age 81, of Tampa, passed away August 25, 2002. A native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Mrs. Pines was retired after 38 years of service as supervisor with the Hillsborough Co. Clerk of the Circuit Court Criminal Division. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Willie Pines and is survived by her daughter, Rosemary P. Garcia and husband, Frank H. Martin of Ganesevoort, N.Y.; 12 grand-children; 23 great-grand-children; one great-great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Harvey E. (1996); daughter, Barbara C. Wade (1974); and a brother, Gene H. MArtin (1996). Mrs. Capell was a Methodist and a member of Cretona Chapter 516, Order of the Eastern Star. She was a manager and sales clerk at Singer Sewing Machine Store, and also worked at one time at Warner Brothers Corset Co., both of Massena, N.Y. . Known as the `Jailhouse Preacher`, he ministered at many of the jails in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Lake, and Sumter Counties. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. JOLLIFF, Deryl Hollington, 62, a resident at Serenity West of Zephyrhills, Florida died August 22, 2002. Born June 13, 1940 to Charles Lewis and Thelma Danz Jolliff in Hardin County, Ohio, he graduated from Ridgeway High School in 1958, and served in the U.S. Air Force. He had live in Florida since the mid 1980's. He is survived by brothers, Joseph Delbert of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and Gary David of Corvallis, Oregon; and sister, Maeva S. Rish of Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; one son, Richard Knudsen, Jr. and wife Barbara of Kannapolis, N.C.; a stepson, Norman F. May of Algonquin, Ill.; three daughters, Linda Zimecki and husband Bob of Herndon, Va., Laura Sutton and husband Steve of Land O' Lakes, Fla., and Lorraine Harley of Springfield, Ohio; one brother, Kenneth Knudsen of Roscoe, N.Y.; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Knudson was predeceased by his first wife Helen. Born in Staten Island, N.Y., Mr. Knudsen moved to the area in 1996 from Roscoe, N.Y. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was later employed as a supervisor for the United States Government. He was of the Protestant faith; a member of the Zephyrhills Elks Lodge #2731, Moose Lodge #2276, and the Order of Eagles #3752 all in Zephyrhills.
