BRADLEY, Eloise McSwain, died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2002. She was born Oct. 15, 1922 in Tampa, Florida and was the daughter of L.B. McSwain, Sr. and Macie McSwain. She grew up in Tampa and attended H.B. Plant High School. Preceded in death by her husband, C. Ray Bradley in 1999, she traveled extensively as an Air Force spouse and moved back to the Tampa area in 1966. Survivors include one brother, L.B. McSwain of Tampa; one sister, Kathryn Kates of Huntsville, Ala.; two sons, Calvin Bradley of Seattle, Wash., and Paul Bradley of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; one daughter, Macie Lynch of Spring City, Tenn.; two grandsons, Joel and Justin; and two granddaughters, Alee and Arleen. Eloise was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tampa and was past queen of the Daughters of The Nile. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Dr. James Knight, Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service. Private interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery.

CRAIG, Robert Lloyd, Sr., from Plant City, Fla., born in Independence, La. on February 3, 1941, passed away on August 28, 2002. He is retired from Ryder of 20 years and CTL of eight years. Mr. Craig is preceded in death by his father, John Craig, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Susie Craig; his mother, Ruth Craig of Plant City; brother, John Craig Jr. of Tennessee; sisters, Arlene Caldwell of Fla., Jetta Davis of Fla. and Doris Jeanfreau of La.; his children, Tina Jollie of Fla., Robert Craig Jr. of Fla., Paula Sinclair of Fla., Sabrina Craig of Fla. and Phillip Sinclair of Illinois; and six grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at Springhead Cemetery on Saturday, August 31, 2002, 2:00 p.m. Services performed by Brother Jeff Smith of Westside Baptist Church.

EASOM, Jimmy, 68, lifelong resident of Tampa, passed away August 29, 2002. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Easom; two sons, Jason and Michael Easom, all of Tampa; two brothers, Edward Easom of Tampa and Ricky Easom of Manassas, Va.; and two sisters, Martha Loftin of Inglis, Fla. and Joyce Pyfrom of Chipley, Fla. Mr. Easom was a Pipefitter at Tampa Shipyard. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2002, 2:00 p.m., at the Garden of Memories Chapel, 4207 E. Lake Avenue. The family will receive friends on Sunday one hour prior to the service.

ERICKSON, Darrell Wayne, 71, of Tampa, died August 28, 2002 at the James Haley VA Hospital. Born n Duluth, Minnesota, he moved to Tampa in the early 60's, and was a school teacher for 32 years with the Hillsborough County School System. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #10140 John Darling Masonic Lodge, Charter Member of Temple Terrace Presbyterian Church and served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca; sons, Craig, James and Billy Erickson; daughters, Kathryn, Karol and Kim Erickson; step-children, Darian, Scott, Bryan and Kathy; brothers, Richard and Ken of Minnesota; and nine grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with expenses, 7005 Thrasher Dr., Tampa, FL 33610.

HENDRIX, Flossie (Belcher), 90, of Lakeland, died August 25, 2002. Survived by son, Charles `Rex`; daughter, Carol; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

HOMUTH, Paul M. (Tiny Martin), age 70, retired Air Traffic Controller and bluegrass musician, died at Holmes McGuire Veterans Administration Medical Center in Richmond, Va. on Aug. 22, 2002 following a courageous battle with renal disease. Born Sept. 16, 1931 in Morton, N.Y. to the late, Martin and Lydia Homuth, he graduated from Kendall High School in N.Y. and went on to serve in the United States Air Force for eight years. He is survived by his wife, Rozella; sons, Wm Jeffrey and Noel DeFrank; daughter, Patty Elmas; sisters, Madelyn Eads, Frances Homuth, Wanda DiFiore and Barbara Ferries; 10 grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and numerous friends. Services were held on Monday, Aug. 26, 2002 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Richmond, Va. Internment will be at the Bushnell National Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla. A separate memorial service will be held on Sat., September 7, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Fort King Rd., Dade City, Fla.

HUDGINS, Barbara `Barb`, 62, of Oldsmar, died August 29, 2002. Survived by spouse, Merit W. Hudgins, `Bill`; brothers, James and Thomas; and sisters, Kim, Marilyn and Adrienne.

LEITZ, Francis X. `Fran` 61, of Treasure Island, Florida passed away on August 28, 2002 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. A retired supervisor with Honeywell of St. Petersburg, Mr. Leitz was a U.S. Navy veteran, a Vietnam veteran and a Catholic. Survived by his mother, Edy Leitz of Treasure Island; a brother, Jim Leitz of Seminole and a sister, Shirley Lucas of Sandusky, Ohio.

LLOYD, Billy `Bill` Ray, 65, of Dover, Fla. passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Becky; one daughter, Vickie and her husband, Kelly; two sons, Jeffery and Eric Lloyd; two step-sons, John and Troy Darr; mother, Lou Ellen Lloyd; two brothers, Earl and Clyde Lloyd; two sisters, Shirley Lounsbury and Joyce Holland; and nine grandchildren. A native of Iredell County, N.C., he moved to the area in 1960 coming from Statesville N.C. Billy was the owner of Lightning Bolt and Screw, Inc. A memorial service will be held at Stowers Brandon Chapel, Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at 4 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers donations to LifePath Hospice may be made in Billy's name.

McDONALD, Patricia B., 72, of Temple Terrace, died Friday, August 30, 2002. Born in Jackson, Mich., she moved to Tampa as a teenager. She was a retired Hillsborough County schoolteacher. Survivors include her loving husband, Richard; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Stuart Angelo; grandsons, Nick and Alex Angelo; son, Mark Burrows; brother, Robert Edelstein; sister, Beverly Morgado; and numerous extended family members. There will be a viewing for family and friends at Prevatt Funeral Home, 9750 N. 56th Street on Sunday, September 1, 2002 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. The graveside service will be private.

PITTMAN, Lauralue Harold, 83, of St. Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2002. She was formerly of Plant City where she graduated from Plant City High School and was the 1937 Yearbook Illustrator. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Baker Weinbrenner of Seminole; a son, Skip Pittman of St. Petersburg; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Interment will be Tuesday at Oaklawn Cemetery in Plant City. A Life Tribute Funeral Care, St. Petersburg.

SEABURY, Amos Duane Sr., 77, of Land O'Lakes, Fla., died August 30, 2002. Born in Liverpool, N.Y., he moved from North Syracuse, N.Y. to St. Petersburg, Fla. in 1956 and then to Land O' Lakes, Fla. He was a World War II Navy Veteran, having served on the U.S.S. Tabberer DE418, recipient of the Navy Unit Commendation. He was a retired buyer (29 years) for the General Electric Company. He was a Charter Member of Harvester United Methodist Church, a 55 year member of J. F. Swartsel Masonic Lodge #251, Scottish Rite Valley of Tampa, The Royal Order of Scotland-Maxwell Clan, ROS-Egypt Shrine, Tampa, Fla., and Land O' Lutz Shrine Club. He volunteered at Tampa Shriners Hospital for 13 years. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Corinne S. Seabury; son, A. Duane Seabury Jr. of Ocala, Fla.; daughter, Lynne Seabury Wunglueck, of Land O' Lakes, Fla.; and one granddaughter, Sarah Seabury of Kirkwood, Mo. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 2, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at Harvester United Methodist Church, 2432 Collier Parkway, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639. WINN, Lillian N. 86, passed away August 28, 2002 in Tampa. Born in Bushnell, Fla., she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert Winn. She is survived by her caretakers, Robert and Shirley Rewis, Ronnie and Linda Rewis and Ethel Rae Halcomb; and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Seminole Heights Baptist Church and past Rainbow Queen for Elim Temple #76. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to LifePath Hospice, 3010 W. JETER, J.F. Sr., 91, of Dade City, passed away on Friday at his residence in Dade City. A native of Climax, Ga., he had lived in this area for the past 60 years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Inez and daughter, Frances Jackson. Mr. Jeter was a member of Masonic Temple, Lodge #48 in Dade City and a member of the First United Methodist Church and honorary member of the Dade City Garden Club. He worked for many years at the Garden Club with the flower shows, planting plants and working in the building. Mr. Jeter helped with Christmas decoration of the First Baptist Church in Dade City, was an avid fisherman who always shared his catch and tips. He was a Crew Foreman at Lykes Pasco before retiring. Mr. Jeter is survived by two sons, William C. and wife, Nancy and Jeff F. and wife, S ue; nine grandchildren, Karen Jeter, Cathy Scroggins and husband, Wade, Jeff Jeter III, Mark and wife, Crissy, Johnny and wife, Shannon, Brian and wife, Shelley, Stephen Jackson and wife, Brenda, Ben Jeter and wife, Dee and Linda Jeter; as well as 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Coleman & Ferguson F.H. with Pastor's Claude English and Ted Dean officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Masonic service will be conducted at 7:3O p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hernando/Pasco Hospice Association.
