BARBEE, Annie W., 92, of Lakeland, died on Nov. 16, 2002. She is survived by one son, one daughter, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

BARLOW, William Richard `Rick` Jr., age 49, of Cary, N.C. formerly of Wilmington, Del. and native of Tampa, died July 5, 2002 in Lubbock, Texas . Private interment services with military Honors were held Friday, November 15, 2002 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, Del. Survivors include his wife, Patti; son, Will; parents, Pat and Dick Merrill; brother, Mike; and sisters, Debby and Missy. Rick gave the ultimate gift of life through organ and tissue donations, which saved the lives of four and improved the quality of life of over 50 more people.

BECKERS, Katheleen Cecelia, 72, a resident of Dade City, Fla., passed away on, Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002. She was born Sept. 30, 1930 in Massena, New York, Mrs. Beckers graduated from Massena High School in 1947 and later graduated from Brooklyn State Nursing School and became a Registered Nurse in 1949. Mrs. Beckers was a member of Richland Baptist Church. She was a Den Mother Pack #307, a Recovery Inc. Leader on Long Island, N.Y., and a Girl Scout Leader. Mrs. Beckers is survived by six loving children, Arlene Woods, Christian Beckers, Michael Beckers, Stephen Beckers, Andrew Beckers, and Memory Keen; 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Hutchins; and a host of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at Floral Memory Gardens on Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at 11:30 a.m.

CACERES, Indalecio, age 89, of Tampa, passed away November 17, 2002. He was a native of Tacna, Peru and resident of Tampa for several years. Mr. Caceres, a retired military officer for the Peruvian Army after 42 years, receive the Purple Heart and was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include his wife, Josefina; children, Nora Ponce, Tula Lochmatow, Aydee Lazaro, Lucy Martinov, Oswaldo, Felix and Javier Caseres; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two nephews in Peru.

CARTER, Marguerite, 100, of Tampa, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002. She was born in Jacksonville, Fla. and attended boarding school at St. Joseph's Academy in St. Augustine, Fla. After graduation, she relocated to Tampa, Fla. and married George R. Carter in 1924. She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother and grandmother and a great joy to all her family and friends. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George R. Carter. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Southwick and husband, Russell of Tampa and Isabell Brown and husband, Ralph of Tampa; two brothers, Emanuel and Leo Danese; three sisters, Rita Taylor, Lucille Rich and Mary L. Danese, all of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday with visitation one hour prior at St. Mary Catholic Church, 15520 N. Boulevard in Tampa. Rev. Robert F. Morris will officiate. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church. Interment will be in Garden of Memories.

CIMINO, Thomas Anthony, 56, of Land O' Lakes, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2002. He was born in Neptune, N.J. and moved to Tampa in 1984. He served in the US Army. He was a retired Race Jockey and a Catholic. He is predeceased by his loving mother, Christine Serra Cimino. He is survived by his wife, Carol; one son, Wayne Anthony Cimino; three daughters, Trisha Whitehurst, Carolee Holland and Tina Marie Poole, all of Tampa; his father, Anthony Louis Cimino; one brother, Anthony Frank (Darcy) Cimino; one sister, Maria Mildred (Gregory) Benjamin, all of Neptune, N.J.; and seven grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Loyless Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

DALLMANN, Larry L., 60, passed away November 16, 2002 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 3, 1941. In 1963 he married Caroline Moessner. In 1981 he moved to Tampa. He is survived by his loving wife, Caroline; four sons, Brian of New York, Scott, David and Michael all of Tampa; four granddaughters, Danielle and Taylor of Georgia and Deanna and Nicole of New York; one sister, Darlene Klopfer of Milwaukee; and one brother, Roy Dallmann of Denver. He was an Air Force Veteran, followed by 30 years of employment with IBM. One of Larry's many interests was researching the family genealogy. He will be truly missed. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Services will be held graveside on Thursday at 1 p.m. at Florida National Cemetery.

DAUBAR, Margarita Contreras, age 86, native of West Tampa, passed away Monday, November 18, 2002. She was a very active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Legend of Mary and the Alter Society. She was a loving mother and helped raise and care for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Roland Daubar, Sr. She is survived by her loving husband, Enrique `Henry` D aubar, Sr.; son, Henry Daubar, Jr.; sister, Dolores Contreras; grandsons, Robert Allen Daubar and Robert Roland Daubar, Jr. of Orlando; granddaughters, Sandra Diane Daubar, Brenda Daubar Rodriguez of Riverview and Alexa Daubar Stinette; great-grandchildren, Aimee, Malori and Chealsea Daubar, Chad and Marissa Rodriguez and Kennedy Stinette. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 3012 Cherry Street, Wednesday 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Tuesday, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with recitation of the Catholic Wake Rite Service at 6:15 p.m. at the funeral home. DRYER, Rabbi Randolph `Randy`, 46, of Brandon, passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Lori; two daughters, Danielle Plummer and Dina Dryer; mother, Irene Dryer, all of Brandon; brother, Melvin Dryer, Jr. of Tampa; sister, Debbie Matthews of Riverview; and two grandchildren, Josiah and Nehemiah Plummer. A native of Odgen, Utah, he has resided in the Tampa area for 24 years. He was the Rabbi for Beit Tehila Messianic Israel Congregation for eight years. Graveside services will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens with Rabbi Ralph Messer officiating. Flowers are acceptable or contributions may be made to Beit Tehila Messianic Israel Congregation, P.O. Box 3692, Brandon, FL 33509-3692 in his memory.

DUNN, John H., Sr., 86, of Sun City Center, Fla., died November 17, 2002. He was a retired locomotive engineer. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Grace; two sons, William of Riverview and John, Jr. of Woodridge, N.J.; a sister, Jane Devoe; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, November 21, 2002 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fla. FERNANDEZ, Lillian E., age 99, of Tampa, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2002. She is survived by her grandson, Joe Nick Fernandez III; great-grandson, Joe Nick Fernandez IV; and great-great-grandson, Nickolas Jacob Fernandez. A funeral service will be held 9:00 a.m. Thursday, November 21, 2002 at the Carrollwood Chapel with interment to follow at Centro Asturiano Cemetery.

FRANKLIN, Sylvia, age 88 of Tampa passed away Saturday, November 16, 2002. She is survived by her son, Floyd `Buddy` Kline; daughters, Patricia Scott and Ida McGovern; step-daughter, Ila Gregg; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Franklin was born in Montery, Va. and had lived in Tampa since 1955. She was a member of German-American and Polish-American Clubs. A Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

GAINES, Howard L., Jr., `Junior`, 26, of Tampa, passed away November 15, 2002. He is survived by his son, Cody Lee Gaines; daughter, Chyna Marie Gaines; father, Howard L. Gaines, Sr.; step-mother, Mary L. Branch; mother and step-father, Virginia and Eddie Brouder; brothers, Timothy Lee Gaines and Thomas Bordone; sister, Lisa Rac and fiancee, Jennifer Genco. A Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, at Adams & Jennings Funeral Home with visitation one hour before service.

HARVEY, Norman W., 75, of Valrico, Fla. lost his valiant battle with heart disease on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2002. Mr. Harvey, formerly of Tunkhannock, Pa., was a lifelong resident of Florida. His entire professional career was spent in the service of his country. He served in the Navy during World War II in the South Pacific, in the Air Force during the Korean War and Vietnam Conflict. He retired as a Master Sergeant from the military after 26 years service, earning numerous citations and medals during his career. He then continued his service to his country by working for the FDA for 20 more years until he retired in 1995. After his second `retiring`, he worked for DMI as a private investigator and enjoyed life to the fullest. He is now reunited with his parents, Wesley J. Harvey and Helen Keller Harvey formerly of Tunkhannock, Pa.; his son Daryl; and many friends. We know he will watch over us from above, as he did here. He will live forever in the hearts of his beloved family: his wife of 54 years, Dorothy who was truly the love of his life; son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie and Debbie Harvey; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Mike Hawkins; grandchildren Melynda, Megan, BarbiAn ne and Chris; and his extended family and friends from his years of service to his government. We will remember him with our tears for the pain of his loss, but also with our smiles for the gift that he was to all of us. Dear Lord, please watch over our precious Designated Driver until we meet again. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002 at Stowers Brandon Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens with full military honors by MacDill Air Force Base. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

McCABE, Bernice R., 99, of Antioch, Ill., formerly of Lakeland, Fla., passed away Friday, November 15, 2002. She was born March 17, 1903 in Thomaston, Ga., the daughter of the late, Thomas and Mollie (Pitts) Reid. She lived in Lakeland where she taught high school for over 40 years moving to Antioch, Ill. in 1998. Survivors include her grandson, John (Barbara) Bettasso, Jr.; and three great-grandchildren, John (Kim), Amy and Sarah. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her two children, John and Miriam; three sisters, Annie, Eunice and Mary; and one brother, Olen. Funeral services were private. Interment of ashes will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lakeland, Fla. STRANG FUNERAL HOME of Antioch, Ill. handled the arrangements.

MEEKS, Roger R., Sr., 78, of Sun City Center died Nov. 18, 2002 at his residence surrouned by his loving family. Services and burial will be later in Maryland.

MILTON, Alice B., 80, of Tampa, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2002. Born in Apopka, Fla., she moved to Tampa at the age of 10. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Russell Brooks and Alice Brooks; brother, Oscar; sister Virginia; and her loving husband of 56 years, Joseph Oliver Milton. She is survived by her two daughters, Ann Lewis of Winter Haven, Fla.; and Kathleen Henderson of St. Petersburg; sons-in-law, Buddy Lewis and Ronald Henderson; sisters, Jeanne Partridge and Dorothy Lawson; grandchildren, Chad Lewis of Winter Haven and his wife Victoria, Lee Anne Henderson Tragle of Roswell, Ga., and her husband Aaron, and Taylor Henderson of St. Petersburg; and great-grandsons, Taylor Henderson, Evan Lewis, and Tommy Tragle. Mrs. Milton was an active member of Palma Ceia United Methodist Church, Sword of Hope, Red Cross Angels, The Chislers, Inc., the Beach Park Women's Club, Beach Park Garden Club, Colonial Dames of the 17th Century, the DAR, Tampa Women's Club, and the Easter Seal Guild. She was truly loved and cherished by all of her multiple friends. Her arms were open to all. All who came into her presence were blessed with her radiance and love of life, family, and frie nds. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 South MacDill Avenue. Funeral Services will take place 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Palma Ceia United Methodist Church, 3723 Bay to Bay Boulevard, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association, or a charity of your preference.

MULLIS, Lois Thornton, 79, a resident of Plant City, passed away November 16, 2002. She was preceded in death by her sons, Ray Griffin, Richard Griffin and Edward Walker; brothers, Ray Thornton and Lonnie Thornton; and sisters, Edna Mobley and Mable Ellerbee. Survivors include her sons, Hansel A. Griffin and wife, Rita of Plant City, Lee A. Walker of Plant City, Wayne Walker of Plant City and Steven Walker and wife, Linda of Plant City; daughter-in-law, Linda Griffin; sister, Dorothy Dunning of Valrico; sister, Laverne Ferris and husband, Eldon of Spartanburg, S.C.; brother, Ollie Thornton of Santa Rosa, Calif.; brother, Fred Thornton of Seffner; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Mullis was born in Starke, Florida on November 28, 1922, she resided in Plant City since 1931. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Dr. Robert Baskin and his staff for their tireless efforts and caring assistance. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at 3:30 p.m. from Hopewell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.D. Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow in Springhead Cemetery. Born in Morrison, Fla., and a resident of Tampa for 64 years, he was a Baptist, a World War II Army veteran, and employed by Florida Porland (LaFargo Corp.) for over 39 years. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Lula; sons, Eddie Oliver Jr., and Earl Oliver; six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be November 22, 2002 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home from 5 until 7 p.m. with services on November 23, 2002 at 2 p.m. at Missionary Baptist Church of Seffner.

PENSADO, Teresa Martinez, 90, of Tampa, passed away November 15, 2002. A native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Mrs. Pensado was a retired cigar maker and of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mario Pensado and is survived by her brother, Anthony Perez; nephew and nieces, Augustine Ramos, Inez Cohalla and Antonia Ramos; and several other nieces. Graveside funeral services will be held this morning, Tuesday at 11 o'clock at Garden of Memories Mausoleum.
