She is survived by life partner, Bonnie McNatt Bush of Tampa; mother, Margaret Dugger and brother, Marc Dugger, both of Snellville, Ga. Belinda was happiest in life caring for animals. FELDMAN, Mark A., 45, of Tampa died November 16, 2002. He is survived by his loving wife, Lori Ruemekorf-Feldman; mother, June Lisbin; sister, Lisa Gardner; brother, Jon Feldman; three special nephews in Holland, Thomas, Marc, and Ryan, all who will miss him very very much; and two loyal Labradors, Travis McGee, and his pal, Meyer. HATCHER, Thelma, 79, of Tampa, passed away November 21, 2002. She is survived by her children, Bert Hatcher (Sharon), Tony Barreto-neto (Marjorie), Linda Ashburn (Bobby); four grandchildren, Mark, Quinn (Ausburn), Aaron Hatcher, Sarah Barreto-neto; and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hatcher was a member of the Church of God. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2002, in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.

JOHNSON, Willie B., 65, passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002. Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Virginia Johnson, Valrico, Fla.; two sons, Bill Johnson, Brandon, Fla., Fabian Johnson, Tampa, Fla.; one daughter, Cheryl Johnson, Valrico, Fla.; one brother, Norris Johnson, Houston, Texas ; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Johnson was a resident of Valrico since 1978 after arriving from active duty in Japan. He graduated from St. Leo College Magna Cum Lada. He was also a Past Master of the Hillsborough Lodge No. 242 F.A.& M., and an investigator for the Internal Revenue Service. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant and also from the Dept. of Labor as an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Investigator. Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002, 7 p.m., at Stowers Brandon Chapel. with the Reverend, Doctor John L. Giles officiating. Family will receive friends Tuesday, 6-7 p.m.

LADIN, Eleanor, J. 80, passed away November 22, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice House. She is survived by her husband of 49 1/2 years, Elliott; three children, Donna Ladin, Larry Ladin and Robert Ladin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hernando Pasco Hospice.

LANGHOFF, Richard Emerson, 70, of Tampa passed away Nov., 21, 2002. He is survived by his son, Richard Emerson Langhoff Jr.; daughters, Linda Langhoff Condon and Cynthia Langhoff Jordan; grandchildren, Christy O'Reilly, Michael Jordan Jr., Amanda Jordan, Tiffany Langhoff and Josh Langhoff; great-grandchild, Evie Sage O'Reilly. Mr. Langhoff was employed at Hillsboro Sheet Metal. Memorial Services will be held Monday Nov. 25, at 7p.m. at the funeral home with a visitation from 6-7p.m.

LITTLETON, Charlotte S., 75, of Tampa passed away Thursday, November 21, 2002. She died peacefully at her son's home in Lutz with family at her side. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James G. `Babe` Littleton, retired police chief of Tampa. She is survived by her son, Gary Littleton; daughter, Cynthia Clark; grandson, James Dunlap, III; sister-in-law, Alice Littleton; three great-grandchildren; nephew, Thomas Littleton; and several other nieces and nephews; and not to forget her little dog, Tina. She was born in Tampa, to the late Marion and William Sharpe. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and will be dearly missed by her family and those who knew her. She never lost the warm, loving, youthful attitude that made her such fun to be around and everyone that knew her loved her. She was a second mom to many, and special mention to those who were there for her most; including `son`, Anthony Henderson, Alice Littleton and Ruth Neece. She had lifelong friends that she spoke with almost everyday, some for 60 years. Evelyn, Claire, Miriam, and many others that she loved so deeply. Her wishes were to be cremated and buried next to her husband at Florida National Cemetery. A short memorial service will be held Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 2 p.m. at Adams & Jennings Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before service time to visit and share memories.

LOCKERMAN, Ruth M., age 96, of Valrico passed away on November 22, 2002. Mrs. Lockerman is survived by her sister, Edith Perry of Dadeville, Alabama; and several nieces, and nephews. Funeral service will be on Monday, 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, with Dr. Alan Beaver and Reverend Duncan Gray officiating. Interment will be in Gotha, Florida.

MORROW, Margaret L.; 80, of Land O' Lakes passed away Friday, November 22, 2002. She was born on March 3, 1922 in Cross County, Arkansas and moved to the Lutz-Land O' Lakes area in 1954. She was a member of the Church of God. She is survived by four sons, Jimmy, Jack, John, and `Bubba`; one daughter, Betty; one brother, Jerry Johnson of Benton, Ariz.; 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and ten great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Loyless Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at Lutz Cemetery.

She is survived by her loving husband, Sam Neal Jr.; daughter, Charlotte Neal; two sons, Mark Leverett and Kelly Tuvell; five grandchildren, Sherry Leverett, Samantha Leverett, Kelly Mark Leverett, Noah Tuvell and David Tuvell; two great-grandchildren, Joanna and Alexander Leverett; two sisters, Lucy LeNoir, Doris Henry; three brothers, Welbourne McGahee, Lawrence McGahee, Philip McGahee; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Monday, November 25, 2002 at 2 p.m. at Blount & Curry Funeral Home with interment to follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. PALAMAR, Frances D., 77, passed away, Friday, Nov. 22, 2002. Survivors include her husband, Walter C. Palamar, Valrico, Fla.; one daughter, Mary F. Kirby, Valrico, Fla.; two grandaughters, Denise Spears, Pinellas Park, Fla., Michelle Kirby, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Palamar was a resident of Valrico, Fla. since 1996 coming from Fort Myers, Fla. She was Methodist and attended St. Andrews United Methodist Church of Brandon. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002, 3 p.m., at St. Andrews United Methodist Church, Brandon, Fla. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, or to the American Red Cross.

PALUSZEK, Veronica T. (Kaminska), went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2002. Born in Chelsea, Mass., on May 27, 1917, she lived in Chelsea until enlisting in the Women's Army Corp in 1944. In 1946, she married Joseph Paluszek and moved to New York. She and her husband moved to Fla., in 1971, and had a small business in St Petersburg. Joseph passed away in 1993. She is survived by her two daughters, Christine O'Donnell and husband Michael, and Caroline Wade and husband Tom; two granddaughters, Tiffany and Heather Wade; three sisters, Genevieve Kaminska, Jessie Fijalkowski, and Mary Szarek. A memorial mass will be held on Tueday, November 26, at 10 a.m, at Our Lady of the Rosary, Land O'Lakes. Interment will follow at Garden Of Memories Cemetery, Tampa. Family will greet friends from 3-7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Baldomero Lopez State Veterans Nursing Home.

PERRY, Edna, 82, of Tampa, passed away November 23, 2002. She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Nelson (Kenneth), Janice Boyer (Jim), Sheila Fraga, Rebecca Mitchell (Larry); sons, John Perry (Betty), Hal Perry (Sandy), Robert Perry; grandchildren, Joy, Kim, Lori, Tanya, Keith, Rob, Stephen, David; five great-grandchildren, and three sisters. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2002 in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.

RICHARDS, Sally Marsh, of Ft. Myers died November 21, 2002. She was born in Fredonia, N.Y., daughter of the late Harry N. and Sadie Marsh. Sally worked for many years as the executive secretary for the director of the State of Florida T.B. Hospital in Tampa. She retired in 1984 and moved to Ft. Myers in 1991. There she attended the Methodist church. Mrs. Richards is survived by her children, Robert N. (Cathy) Grant of Kansas City, Mo., Susan D. (George) Dillon of Vienna, Va., William (Diana) Grant of Alva, Fla.; four grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at Oak Hill cemetery, Lakeland, Fla., on Tuesday at 2 p.m. The family request, memorial contributions in her name are made to Hope Hospice of Lee County. Ft. Myers Memorial Gardens is in charge of arrangements.

SAJBEN, Cheryl Lynn, 44, of Lutz, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2002. She was born in Akron, Ohio. She was a real estate broker with Elmer Krauss, Inc. She is survived by father and step-mother, Walter C. and Patricia Sajben; two sisters, Julie Woodall and husband, Marcus, Marjorie Sajben; neice, Michelle Ivey and husband Michael; great-neice, Eryn Ivey; great-nephew, Ryan Ivey; beloved companion, Adolfo Rocha and daughter, Amber Rocha. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 29, 2002, at 11 a.m. at 1st Baptist Church of Land O' Lakes with Pastor David Peterson officiating. A Graveside Service will also be held on Friday at Lutz Cemetery at 2 p.m. Donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, in memory of Cheryl Sajben.

SHANK, Carl, 64 of Tampa, Florida passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2002 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Carl was formerly from Waterville, Maine. He struggled with cancer for over a year and is now at peace in heaven. Survivors include his wife, Lutherine Shank; daughters, Karen Graves, and Judy Gregory; sons, Bryan Shank of Louisiana, and Mattew Duperry of New Hampshire; grandchildren, Brandi,Tony, Jacob, Kristopher; cousins, Romeo Trembly and Monica Bolduc; son-in-law, Shelton Graves. Carl was a Christian and was happily waiting to go to Heaven. We wish to thank Doctors, Rand Altomose, David Wright and Alan Zloto for their great care. A celebration of his homecoming will be on Sunday November 24, from 4:30 til 5:30 p.m. at the New Life Family Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bessie Atchley. CACKOWSKI, Winifred Regina, 82, of Holiday died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002 at Tandem Health Care of New Port Richey. She was born in Michigan and moved to Holiday from Detroit in 1974. She was a retired civilian secretary for the US Air Force Operations Division, Ypsilanti, Mich., Newburgh, N.Y., Madison, Wis., and Lompoc, Calif. Previously she was a personnel director at Ypsilanti State Hospital. She was of the Lutheran faith. Survivors; husband, John; siblings, George and Jeanette; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 25, 2002 from 2-4 p.m. at Dobies Funeral Home, where funeral service will be Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002 at 10 a.m. Entombment following at Cycadia Cemetery, Tarpon Springs.

CATALANO, Louis, 89, of Port Richey passed away November 23, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in New Port Richey. He came here five years ago from his native Brooklyn, N.Y. He was a Christian and retired from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, where he was a master electrician. Survivors include his wife, Mary; son, Michael Catalano of Palm Harbor; a stepson, Paul Satriano of Minn.; daughter, Isabella `Tiny` Catalano of New Port Richey; two stepdaughters, Maria May and Pauline Masby, both of Minn.; one grandchild, and numerous step grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, and numerous step-great-grandchildren.

GOSSARD, Rev. Dr. John Harvey, 65, of Port Richey, Florida died Friday November 22, 2002 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson, Fla. He was born in Clear Spring, Maryland and moved to Port Richey from Harbor Springs, Mich., in January 2002. He was a retired professor of Church History and former Dean of Academics and Student Affairs at Winebrenner Theological Seminary, Findlay, Ohio, after 24 total years of service; six years former pastor for churches in Harrisburg, Pa. and two years in Kenton, Ohio. He was an administrative assistant for the Pennsylvania Medical Society for four years. He received his B.A. from Findlay College; Master of Diversity and M.A. from Oberlin College; and Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Barbara J. Chong Gossard of Port Richey; sons, Joel Harvey of Port Richey, and James Harvey Kim On Chong-Gossard of Melbourne, Australia; sister, May Rudolph of Hagerstown, Md.; nieces, Darla May Rudolph of Dayton, and Donna June of Hagerstown.

She was a homemaker and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Lavonia, Mich. She is survived by one son, Finley Jackson of Dade City; two daughters, Melba Medved of Michigan, and Nelda Schonherr of Toledo, Ohio; one sister: Louise Marcum of Dade City; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Port Richey from Babylon, N.Y. in 1984. He was a laborer with the Laborers Union Local #1298, Hempstead, N.Y.; Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II; VFW member of Port Richey. He is survived by his wife, Joanne King of Port Richey.
