He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Charles Haberkorn, Jr. and is survived by three sons, Richard Haberkorn, Eugene A. Holseybrook and James Holseybrook, all of Tampa. HOROWITZ, Annette Morn, 94, of Tampa, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002 at her home. Preceded in death by her husband Harry Horowitz, she is survived by her loving family.

HOSACK, Crystal, 68, of Tampa, formerly of Dayton, Ohio went home to be with her Lord in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2002 after a long illness. She leaves behind her husband of 33 years, Jerry Hosack; two sons, Raymond Humphrey and wife Geraldine of Seffner, Fla. and Mick Humphrey and wife Debbie of Gainesville, Fla.; three daughters, Judith Brookey of Germantown, Ohio, Karen Morgan and husband John of Farmersville, Ohio, and Sherry Mullins and husband Allen of Gainesville, Fla.; mother, Elizabeth Redman, 96, of New Lebanon, Ohio; two brothers, Paul and Lester Redman of New Lebanon, Ohio; one sister, Barbara Suggs of Middletown, Ohio; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Redman; her first husband Raymond Humphrey; brother, Robert C. Redman and sister Mary Petry. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to LifePath Hospice of Hillsborough County. Memorial Services will be held in Dayton, Ohio.

LOONEY, Mary, age 72, died on Tuesday, November 5, 2002. Mrs. Looney was born and lived most of her life in Tampa. She was joined in marriage with Samuel L. Looney in 1957. Mrs. Looney was employed for many years by the Gordon Keller School of Nursing and Hillsborough Community College, and was a life-long member of Christ the King Parish. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, including her sons, Sam of Madison, Wis. and Tom of Ridgefield, Conn.; a brother, Tom Gallen of Bradenton, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Connor, Elena, and Lila. A private memorial service was held in Ridgefield, Conn.

ROBERTS, Stanley L., age 49, of Tampa, Florida, passed away from renal cancer on Sunday, November 24, at his home, surrounded by loved ones. He was predeceased by his father, Felton Roberts. He is survived by his wife, Kristina; his mother, Ella Roberts; two daughters, Erin Sullivan (husband, Kelly) and Adrianne; sister, Susan Huff (Larry), brother, David Roberts (Robin); two granddaughters, Emily and Aleah Sullivan; two paternal aunts, Wilma Roberts and Eloise Smith; one maternal aunt, Edwina Fink; one maternal uncle, Stan Smith; one niece, Amanda Huff; three nephews, Christopher Huff, Kyle and Grady Roberts; and many loving friends and neighbors. He was born in Pensacola, Florida and lived in Gainesville while working for Eastern Airlines. Stan was employed by the City of Tampa as a Network Systems Engineer. The family would like to visit informally with friends on Friday, Nov. 29, from 2-4 p.m. at Lowry Park Riverside. In lieu of flowers to the family, please send flowers to, or do something extra nice for someone you love.

Survivors include his wife, Elaina; and children, John M. of Valrico, Bernadette R. Lee of New Orleans, La., Thomas of Redwood Shores, Calif.; Martin of Copenhagen, Denmark; and grandchildren, Haley Patrick, Benjamin and Matthew Lee and Giovanna Rocco.

SCHWARZ, Walter J., 88 of Zephyrhills, and formerly of Tampa, passed away November 23, 2002. He is survived by his daughter, Marie Bernard of Montana; son, Carl Schwarz of Valrico; daughter, Lori Dinning of Zephyrhills; and five grandchildren. He retired as a Master Sergeant after serving 25 years in the United States Army. During his service he spent time in Hawaii, Korea, Africa, Germany and Taiwan. A Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2002 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. WALLS, Jr. Brooks, 55, of Land O' Lakes passed away Nov. 25, 2002 in Tampa. Survived by his wife, Terry Walls of Land O' Lakes; a son, Steven Walls of Dover, Pa.; a daughter, Paula Hasenei of Lilburn, Ga.; a brother, Vern Walls of Baltimore, Md.; eight grandchildren, Amber, Jeremy, Kristy, Anthony, Dylan, Alex, Kimber and Belle. Born May 23, 1947 in Baltimore, Md., he was a Veteran of the Army serving in Vietnam. He worked as a service manager for a commercial fire alarm company, and he came to the Land O' Lakes area five years ago from Baltimore, Md. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

WILKES, John D., age 83, went home to be with the Lord on November 27, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; and four children, Shirley Knowles, Margie Strong, Candace Gambrell and John Wilkes, Jr. John was blessed with seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Doris Cox and brother Woodrow Wilkes. John was a Veteran of World War II serving as a Sgt. in the 8th Army Air Corps. A private family memorial service will be held at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice of Tampa, 3010 Azeele St., Tampa, Fla.

WILLIS, Gerry W., 77, of Lakeland, died Nov. 25, 2002. Preceded in death by husband, Russell Willis and survived by two sons; and three grandchildren.

BARTHLE, Jean Atchley, 71, of St. Joseph, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2002. A member of the Trilacoochee Church of Christ, she was a loving wife, mother and friend. She is survived by her husband, Sylvester `S.J.` Barthle; son, Randy Joseph Barthle; daughter, Barbara Barthle Newsome and her husband, Kenneth; grandchildren, Justin Lamar Newsome, Jennifer Nichole Newsome, Joshua Joseph Barthle and Chelsea Maria Barthle; sisters and brother, Louise Moore, Edna Bryan, Jimmie Harbin and husband, Edwin, Betty Tucker and husband, James, John Atchley, Jr. and wife, Betty Ruth of Huntsville, Ala. and Edith Ayers of Carmichael, Calif.; and 23 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bessie Atchley. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Coleman & Ferguson Funeral Home with Mr. George LeMasters officiating. Burial will follow at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla.

BECKWITH, Dean W., died Nov. 21, 2002 in Dade City, Fla.. Beloved husband of Viola; father of David L. of Clearwater, and Janet M. Lapinskas of Dade City. He was a member of East Pasco Amateur Radio Society of Florida, and volunteered at East Pasco Medical Center, Zephyrhills. Services were held Nov. 26, 2002 at the Marcy Funeral Home, Conneaut, Ohio.

BOEHM, George Arthur, 78, of Dade City, died Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at Pasco Regional Medical Center. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he moved to this area two years ago from Akron, Ohio. He was a retired Salesman in the Publishing Industry, a member of Kiwanis in Ohio and a veteran of the Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Boehm is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of Dade City; one daughter, Victoria Boehm of Akron, Ohio; two step-sons, Arthur L. Trimble of Clermont, Florida and James Trimble of St. Augustine, Texas ; one brother, William Boehm of Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters, Ruth Shields of Silver Springs, Maryland and Millie Wilbur of St. Joe's, California; and three grandchildren. He was a resident of Travellers Rest in Dade City.

He was a Sales Representative for Pillsbury Feed and Wayne Feed and retired from Pasco Packing. He is survived by his wife of sixty two years, Jeanie; four sons, Eugene Brooks of Lakeland, Chester Brooks of Bradenton, Ronnie Brooks of Dade City and Charles Brooks of Alabama; a daughter, Patricia Brooks Ullrich of Lakeland; eleven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Whittington and by a son, James Curtis Brooks. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Dade City at 10 a.m. on Wednesday (today) with Pastor Robert Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Memory Gardens.

COOK, Eugene, 65, of Spring Hill, Fla., formerly of Tampa, passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002 at home with his family, after a long illness with cancer. He retired from Weyerhaeuser Company. He is survived by his wife, Linda; son, Edward; daughters, Joyce, Debbie and Theresa; brother, Edward; sister, Eleanor; and eight grandchildren, Melissa, Tera, Kimberly, Nicole, Jason, John, Eddie and Katie. Pallbearers will be Rick, Tim, Jason, Neal, John and Eddie. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 11 a.m. at Fivay Greenfield Cemetery, Kent Grove Dr., off Hwy. 52, Pasco County, Fla.

He was a retired electronics technician and Catholic. He was a US Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; one daughter, Amy Delgado of Spring Hill; a brother, Joseph of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two step-sons, Douglas Berry of Surry, N.H. and William Berry of Hudson; three step-daughters, Donna Mason of Westminster, Vt. and Laura and Sharon Berry, both of Hudson; and many nieces and nephews.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a winter visitor here for 14 years from Greentown, Pa. Mrs. Harrington was a homemaker and member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hudson and Our Lady Queen of Peace in Paupack, Pa. Survivors include three sons, James of Greentown, Robert of Greensboro, N.C. and Thomas of North Barrington, Ill.; two daughters, Margaret Harrington of Staten Island, N.Y. and Patricia Sauer of Clark Summit, Pa.; 11 grandchildren. Funeral services and interment in Pennsylvania .

She is survived by four children, Bridgette Hicks and husband, Hercules of Dade City, Benjamin Harrell, Jonathan Smith, both of Dade City and Robert Smith of Arizona; one granddaughter, Jennell Harrison of Dade City; three sisters, Ruby Harrison, Eloise Adams and Luevenia Harrison, all of Dade City; two brothers, Charles Harrison of Dade City and Edward Harrison of California; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.

MATHIESON, Walter, 88, of Zephyrhills, passed away on November 19, 2002. Born in Dalkith, Scotland and moved here in 1986 from Cleveland, Ohio. Walter was a World War II Veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Mathieson; daughter, Morgen Martin of Zephyrhills; brother, Jack Mathieson of Orlando; sister, Sue Koby; and one granddaughter. Mr. Mathieson will be buried at Florida National Cemetery.
