MACK, Cora B.,83, died Nov. 30, 2002. She was a long time resident of Hillsborough County and has lived in North Port, Fla. for several years. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Paul A. Mack. She is also survived by three daughters, Patricia Gunn, a resident of Helena, Ala., Betty Lyman, Tampa, Fla., and Martha Cochran, Port Charlotte, Fla. Mrs. Mack has had four sons leave this world before her, George Welker, Louisville, Ky., Dick Welker, Orange, Tx., Cecil Hurst, Jr. (Billy), Lutz, Fla., and Don Mack, North Port, Fla., who are waiting at the gates of Heaven to welcome her. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family will always miss her. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002, at Stowers Brandon Chapel. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

MATHIS, Wilburn D., 70, of Gibsonton died Nov. 30, 2002. He is survived by his daughters, Felicia Altenburg of Gibsonton, and Debra King of Ruskin; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Zipperer's Chapel. Funeral services will immediately follow.

TEDRICK, Mae Love, 86, of Tampa, passed away November 27, 2002 in Tampa. Survivors include her sons, Dan Tedrick and wife Bette, and their son Daryl Tedrick; and Maurice Tedrick and wife Jerri Lynn, and their children Tracie, Timothy, and Alison Tedrick; two great-grandchildren; and brother, Maynard Oren and wife Mildred. Mrs. Tedrick, a retired employee of Sears, was a life long member of Oak Grove Methodist Church and choir. A Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Grove Methodist Church with visitation prior to service at Church starting at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

WILLCOX, Pauline H., 75, passed away Nov. 30, 2002. She is survived by son, Daniel R. Craig; daughter, Patricia Craig Crespo; and two grandsons.

CROLEY, Earl Franklin, age 83, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on November 30, 2002 after a long illness. He was born in Scuba, Mississippi on October 10, 1919 to James Franklin and Mary Beacham Croley. He came with his parents to Dade City at a young age, attended local schools, and graduated from Pasco High School in 1936. Earl attended the University of Alabama before enlisting in the Army and serving in the Pacific Theater during World War II. After the war, he returned to Dade City with his wife, Margaret Stanley Croley, and their new baby son. He became an associate in The Croley Insurance Agency, which was founded by his father. He served as President of Croley Insurance for many years and celebrated the Fiftieth Anniversary of its founding in 1979. During his career he served in many civic capacities, including Little League coach with his sons, and President of the Dade City Kiwanis Club. He also found time to pursue an avid interest in golf. He was a dedicated member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dade City for over 60 years, and served as Deacon, Elder, and Treasurer. He was a gifted tenor, and one of his greatest joys was singing in the church choir. He was often asked to sing solos at special church events. Earl is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret of Dade City. He is also survived by his daughter, Sue Croley of Gibsonton, Florida and her husband, Robert Minthorn; his son, Stan of Dallas, Texas and his wife, Maureen; and his son, Frank of Tampa, Florida. He has three granddaughters, Caroline, Allison and Kristen Croley, and a grandson, Rya n Croley. Earl was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He was a loyal and treasured friend. He will be greatly missed. Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Dade City on Wednesday, December 4, at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Kevin Morris officiating. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Gardens on Highway 301 following the church service. A reception will be held at the church after interment. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Dade City. Funeral arrangements are through Oakley Funeral Home, Dade City.

HARRIS, Charlie T., 52, of Zephyrhills died Saturday, November 30, 2002 at Kindred Hospital Central in Tampa. Born Fort Bellvor, Virginia, he moved to this area as a child. He was a Army veteran serving in Viet Nam. Services for Mr. Harris will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2002 in the Chapel of Oakley Funeral Home in Dade City at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service in Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Dade City. Mr. Harris is survived by his mother, Helen Harris of Zephyrhills; two sisters, Cindy and husband, Richard Porter of Zephyrhills and Kathy Harris of Zephyrhills; and one brother, Ronnie and wife, Linda Harris of Calhoun, Georgia.

McCLELLAN, James `Jay` S., 64, New Port Richey, was called home November 30, 2002, at his residence while under the care of Hernando-Pasco Hospice. Born in Klamazoo, Michigan, Jay was a Truck Driver, who loved riding his Harley, and being with his friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Linda McClellan; sons, Jim and Bill McClellan , North Lake , Illinois, and Jerry Parrish of Brockton, Mass.; daughters, Alycia Gerth of Bensonville, Illinois, Kandi Colclasure of Dwight, Illinois, and Kimberlee Parrish of New Port Richey; and twelve grandchildren.

McGAUGHAN, Marie F., 88, of Holiday, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002 in Chicago, Ill. She was born in Chicago, Ill. and moved to Holiday from Berwyn, Ill. in 1973. She was a telephone operator, a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Holiday and a member of the T.A.T. Civic Association. Survivors include five sons, Dennis McGaughan of Schaumberg, Ill., Charles McGaughan of Elmwood Park, Ill., Thomas McGaughan of Melrose Park, Ill., Andrew McGaughan of N. Riverside, Ill., and Michael McGaughan of Chicago, Ill.; daughter, Margaret Hayes of Lombard, Ill.; two sisters, Kathleen Williamson of Glenwood, Ill. and Rita Dolan of Chicago, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002 at 9 a.m. at Dobies Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002 at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens.

PELLETIER, Raymond, age 74, of Zephyrhills, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2002. Before moving to Florida, Mr. Pelletier was very active in Our Lady of Grace Church in Westport, Mass. He served as an Eucharistic Minister and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He also was active in St. Vincent De Paul as the North East Regional Director. He worked with the Governor to open a shelter for the homeless in Fall River, Mass. and he was always ready to volunteer his time. He was a member of Zephyrhills Elks Lodge #2731 BPOE and a World War II Air Force Veteran. When he and his wife, Barbara moved to Zephyrhills in 1986, he still managed to stay active. Mr. Pelletier's challenges were many. He will be missed, not only in Zephyrhills, but up North in Fall River and Westport, Mass. Survivors include his wife, Barbara of Zephyrhills; one daughter, Linda M. Nogeiro and her husband, David of Zephyrhills; and one sister, Rita Cordeiro of Zephyrhills. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 7066 Ft. King Rd, Zephyrhills, Fla. Interment will be held in Fall River, Massachusetts.

ZAGONE, Dominic J., 75, New Port Richey, Florida died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 at Community Hospital. He came here 20 years ago from his native Chicago, Illinois and retired as a machinist for the City of Chicago, Metropolitan Sanitary Dist. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II; member and past-commander of Coral Sea American Legion Post #1274, Fraternal Order of Eagles and a scout leader, B.S.A. all of Chicago; Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus #5869 and Italian-American Club in Florida. Survivors include his wife, Marie; son, Joseph of Palm Harbor; daughter, Paulette Brody of Glenview, Illinois; two grandchildren. Services and inurnment will be conducted at Florida National Cemetery. The family suggests memorials may be made to the American Heart Assoc., or your favorite charity.
