WHEATON, Mr. E. Maurice, age 74, of Live Oak, Florida died Thursday, March 13, 2003 at his residence. Born in Deleware County, Pennsylvania , Mr. Wheaton moved to Live Oak, Fla., in 1990 from Tampa, Florida. He was involved in the Refractory Industry and the construction of the Occidental plant as a master brick mason. He is a member of the Bricklayers and Mason International Local #1 Tampa, Fla., and is a member of the Hillsborough Masonic Lodge # 25 F&AM, and the First Church of the Nazarene of Live Oak, Fla. He is the son of the late Hartley and Edith Martin Wheaton. He is predeceased by his wife of 41 years, Mamie Kirkpatrick Wheaton. He is survived by his two sons, David Wheaton of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Douglas (Jan) Wheaton of Riverview, Fla.; daughters, Heather (Michael) Hale of Plant City, Fla., and Linda McClamma of Boynton Beach, Fla.; sister, Margaret O'Dell of Riverview New Brunswick, Canada; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, seven nephews, and six nieces also survive. Funeral services were held on Monday, March 17, 2003 at 2 p.m., in the First Church of the Nazarene of Live Oak with Rev. Louis Madaris officiating. The family received friends from 6-8 p.m., Sunday in Suwannee Funeral Home 932 North Ohio Ave. Live Oak, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to The Gideons International.

BAKER, Stella M., 78, of New Port Richey died March 13, 2003 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in New Port Richey. She was born in Astoria, New York and moved to Florida in 1980 from Long Island, New York. She was a retired office manager and attended River Ridge Presbyterian Church in New Port Richey. Survived by son, James Lofurno of New Port Richey; sisters, Rose, Mimi, Lucy, Laura, and Mary; one grandson, Michael James Lofurno of Long Island. National Cremation Society, New Port Richey.

CROUSE, William Robert `Bob`, 63, of Dade City, died Tuesday morning, March 18, 2003 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Coleman & Ferguson Funeral Home with Rev. Eldridge Parrish officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. A native of Tazewell Co., Virginia, he had been a resident here for the past 31 years. He retired from Lykes Pasco in Dade City where he was a painter for 29 years. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mary; one son, Thomas (Janet) Crouse of Dade City; two daughters, Lesa (Greg) Bazemore and Nellie (Jimmie) both of Lacoochee; three brothers, Charlie Crouse of Dayton, Ohio, David Crouse of Indiana and Jimmy Crouse of Ridge Manor; two sisters, Helen Bandy of Ridge Manor and Betty Russell of West Palm Beach, Fla.; his mother, Edith Crouse of Ridge Manor; grandchildren, Tammy, Heather, Larry, Jonathan (Boggin), Jessica and Adam, Mary (Tator), Amanda, Howard, Robert, Kala (Squeaky), Linda, William (Dick), Jacob, Jarod and Marissa; two great-grandchildren, Austin and Joshua; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Avery Crouse, sister, Nancy Pruitt, granddaughter, Linda Crouse and son-in-law, Terry Bazemore. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday (today) at the funeral home.

GEORGE, Rosalie V., 79, of New Port Richey passed away March 14, 2003 at Hernando- Pasco Hospice Care Center in New Port Richey. She was born Feb. 11, 1924 in New York City and came here 25 years ago from Staten Island. She was a secretary for Montgomery Wards for 30 years. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in New Port Richey. Survivors include two brothers, Peter Miceli and Frank Miceli, and a sister, Catherine Picciotto alt of Staten Island and numerous nieces and nephews. Morgan Funeral Home & Cremation Services

HILL, Fay Glade, age 93, of Port Richey, Fla., passed away March 18, 2003 under the care of Gulfside Regional Hospice of New Port Richey. He was born in West Farmington. Ohio and came to this area in 1978 from Fairview Park, Illinois. He was a railroad freight agent. He was a member of the First Christian Church of New Port Richey. Mr. Hill was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing the organ. He is survived by his son, Donald Hill of Port Richey. He is predeceased by his wife, Margaret Hill. Graveside services will be held on Thursday March 20, at 1:30 p.m. in Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens, New Port Richey with Reverend Richard L. Hubbartt officiating. LEE, Robert E., 89, of Zephyrhills, passed away March 15, 2003 in Dade City. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dora Lee of Zephyrhills; two stepchildren, Ronald Brown of Virginia Beach, Va., and Joan Boisse of Dover, N.H.; six step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and four sisters-in law, Edna Quimby at New Gloster, Maine, Edith Rickards of Madison, Maine, Winonah Brown of Dallas, Oregon, and Val Lee of Tucson, Ariz. He was born December 12, 1913 in Manchester, N.H., to Charles and Mary (Bischacis) Lee, and came to the Zephyrhills area in 1999 from Buxton, Maine. He was a First Lt. in the Army during World War II, serving in Rhineland, Germany, Northern France, and Central Europe. He was the recipient of the Bronze Star. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He was a pilot and a sportsman, and a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Manchester, N.H. A memorial services will be held in the Spring.

NAVARRE, Catherine Germaine, 88, of Dade City, died Sunday, March 16, 2003 at her home. A native of Plymouth, Indiana , she moved to Dade City in 1982 from Dearborn, Michigan. She was a homemaker and beloved mother. She is a member of St. Rita's Catholic Church. She is survived by one son, Thomas A. Navarre, Houston, Texas ; four daughters, Mary F. Double of Orlando, Fla., Annette C. Gibbard of San Diego, Calif., Martha H. Laesser of St. Petersburg and Rita M. Ruprecht of Northville, Michigan; one brother, J. Albert Strunk of Dade City; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, John A. Navarre; and her husband, Clarence. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday (today) at St. Rita Catholic Church with Rev. Ramon Hernandez as celebrant. NEWMAN, Alyssa-LaRose 26, died unexpectedly Sunday March 16, 2003. Born August 26, 1976 at Glens Falls Hospital, she is the daughter of Robert and Shelly Newman of West Fort Ann, N.Y. Alyssa was a 1994 graduate of Glens Falls High School and had plans to go to college in Vermont in the fall. She was a loved employee of the Harvest Restaurant in Queensbury and she loved life and being around people. Her greatest gift was her ability to listen and help people. She loved animals, was an avid horse lover and participated in many horse shows in Florida and the 4-H Club. She won many ribbons and trophies. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors besides her parents include her sister, Shauna M. Newman of Binghamton, N.Y.; her brother, Jeremy R. SENSENIG, Kathryn L., `Kass`, 80, of Zephyrhills, Fla., died Monday, March 17, 2003. She was born in Mohnton, Pa., to Alvin W. and Edna M. (Werner) Hoster. She moved to Florida in 1955 from Denver, Pa., and retired as a cafeteria manager after 15 years with Palm Beach Gardens Elementary School in West Palm Beach. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Dade City. Her son, Gregory Sensenig, preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Roy Sensenig of Zephyrhills; and her sister, Ruth N. Hoster of Zephyrhills. Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2003 from 2-4 p.m. at Coleman & Ferguson Funeral Home, 38303 North Avenue in Zephyrhills. Services and burial will be in. Pennsylvania .

WHEELER, Robert K., 90, of Port Richey died March 14, 2003 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson. He was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi and moved to Florida fifteen years ago from Mineral, Virginia. Robert retired from Bethlehem Steel in 1972 in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the US Army and was a Baptist. Survived by his wife, Harriet Wheeler of Port Richey; daughter, Barbara Sonntag of Joppa, Maryland; brother, Eugene Wheeler of Charlotte, North Carolina; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

BOYINGTON, Yvonne, of Lakeland, died March 16, 2003. She was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana and graduated as valedictorian from her high school. She attended Louisiana State University where she was awarded a bachelor's degree in Education. Upon completion of her degree she married and moved to Texas before settling in the Tampa area. She attended the University of South Florida where she obtained a degree in Computer Science. She then began a successful career with the Hillsborough County School System and elevated to management position prior to her retirement in 1998. She enjoyed traveling to several foreign countries. She traveled with groups and took her grandchildren with her. She enjoyed taking pictures and eating the cuisine from the countries she visited. She was an avid bird watcher and art collector. She enjoyed the theater and Pied Pipers here in Lakeland. She is survived by two sons, Steven J. Boyington, Lakeland, and Dane R. Boyington, Chattanooga, Tenn.; two daughters-in-law, Carol Boyington, Lakeland, and Sheila Boyington, Chattanooga, Tenn.; and four grandchildren, Erin Boyington, Brian Boyington, Lakeland, and Priya C. Boyington, and Nisha C. Boyington, Chattanoog a, Tenn. LONG, John Joseph, Jr., 59, of Tampa, passed away Sunday March 16, 2003. His parents, John and Helen Long and his nephew, Bryan O'Connor, all of Overland Park, Kan., preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, John Stephen (Steve) Long, his daughter and son-in-law Michele McKay Long-Craig and Bill Craig, his grandchildren, McKay and Jack Craig of Tampa, Fla. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Linda and John O'Connor, their surviving children, Laura and Michael, all of Overland Park, Kan., a brother and sister-in-law Bob and Ann Long, and their children, Shawn, Joshua, and Sundown of Everett, Wash. Mr. Long was a native of Shawnee Mission, Kan. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1965. After graduation, he moved to Tampa to join the Bentley Gray Company. He was named President of Bentley Gray in 1982. His commercial real estate career began in 1985 when he joined the A. S. Austin Company as Vice President and General Manager. In 1998 he became associated with the Grubb & Ellis Company as Vice President, Office Services Group and remained an active broker with Grubb & Ellis until his health forced him to take medical leave in November of 2001. He was involved in many civic and social activities during his career in Tampa. He was a past board member of the Downtown Rotary Club, past Vice President of the David Falk Foundation and past member of the Merrymakers Club, the University Club, and the Centre Club. He was an active member of both the Krew of Gasparilla and Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club, having served on the board of Palma Ceia for two terms. A Funeral Mass will be said at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 20 at Christ the King Catholic Church with private interment to follow at Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday March 19 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 South MacDill Avenue, Tampa.

McDANIEL, Jack Floyd, 73, of Lithia, Fla., passed away Sunday, March 16, 2003. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Ruby; five children, Bobby, Bruce, Nelson, Patrick and Arlene; brothers, Earl and George; sisters, Myrtle and Ruby; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Stowers Brandon Chapel 1 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2003. The family will receive friends two hours prior to services at the funeral home.
