LOPEZ, Dorothy `Dot` H., 74, of Port Richey, Fla., died Friday, July 18, 2003. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and moved here from Red Bank, N.J. in 1986. She retired as a salesperson for Steinback's Department Store, Red Bank, N.J. after 20 years of service and was of the Episcopal faith. Survivors include four sons, Kevin Lopez, Oldsmar, Fla., Kenneth (Kim) Lopez, Westville, N.J., Krist opher (Lisa) Lopez, Jackson Township, N.J., Kerry (Christine) Lopez, New Port Richey; two daughters, Karen (Carl) Zinich, Etters, Pa., and Kathleen Lopez, Port Richey; two sisters, Mabel Creed, Elizabeth, N.J. and Helen Lyons, Linden, N.J.; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22, at 12 Noon with the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Dobies Funeral Home, Congress Chapel, New Port Richey. Mary worked in sales for Sears and Roebuck Department store. She is a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, Holiday. PINKERMAN, Robert `Bob` L., 76, of Hudson, Fla., died Sunday, July 20, 2003 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson. He was born in Proctorville, Ohio and moved here in 1967. He retired as the owner/ operator of R.L. Pinkerman Contractor, Hudson, after 25 years of service, and was also the owner/operator Public Walk-In Auto Parts in New Port Richey. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving on the USS Tarawa Aircraft Carrier during the Korean Conflict, member of the National D.A.V., and a member National Blind Veterans Association. Survivors include wife, Frances A. Pinkerman; three daughters, Rebecca Pinkerman and Tammie L. (Joseph) Foster of Hudson, and Robin Pinkerman, Casa Grande, Ariz.; stepson, John Rowe, New Port Richey; brother, Paul David Pinkerman, Proctorville, Ohio; three sisters, Dorothy Jenkins, Marietta, Ga., Lucille Starcher and Betty Jo Bragg, Proctorville, Ohio; and two grandchildren. He was a minister with the Church of God of Prophecy and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Velma. She was a retired garment inspector and a member of the St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Martinsburg, W.Va. She was a volunteer at the Dade City hospital (now Pasco Regional Medical Center) for 10 years. She is survived by two sons, Joseph E. Nicewarner of Martinsburg, W.Va. and Wayne L. Nicewarner of Anapolis, Md.; one daughter, Frances E. Hise of Dade City; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held through the Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va.

PEARL, Helen M., 75, of New Port Richey, passed away July 20, 2003 at her home. She was born February 13, 1928 in Union, N.J. and came here 19 years ago from East Brunswick, N.J. She was Catholic and a homemaker. Survivors include a son, John of Jamesburg, N.J.; four daughters, Eileen Pearl of Wenatchee, Wash., Nancy Barranco of New Port Richey, Donna Adams of Old Bridge, N.J. and Judy Schweitzer of Irvine, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.

She was born October 13, 1917 in Pittsford, Mich. and came to Florida from Jackson, Mich. in 1976. She was preceded in death by husband, Wayne and son, James. She was an active member of the Central Weslyan Church in Jackson and attended local churches. Survivors include son, John of Tampa; sister-in-law, Mary Flagg of Bradenton; and nieces, Patricia McCarty of Bradenton and Joyce Mallard of Spring Arbor, Mich. Visitation will be Wednesday, 12:00 Noon until service time at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. He worked with Northern Electric in Montreal, then 30 years with General Telephone in New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania . His wife Inez, son Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Patricia and grandchildren Jenni, Nathan and Laura Summers survive him. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., July 23, Wednesday, at United Methodist Church on Rt. 19 in Hudson, Florida.

UTTER, Raymond Henry, 85, of Zephyrhills, passed away July 20, 2003 in Zephyrhills. He is survived by his son, John and his wife, Pamela Anderson of Zephyrhills; and a grandson, Dale Anderson of Zephyrhills. Born May 15, 1918 in Cortland, New York to Henry and Mary (Stronigan) Utter. He came to Zephyrhills 50 years ago from New York. He was a veteran of the Army serving in World War II, the owner and operator of Raymond's Body Shop for 45 years and a Protestant.
