She served on the Indian Shores City Council from March 1975 to March 1984. She is survived by her husband, Woody; a daughter, Monica R. Johnson of Baltimore; two brothers, Johnathan Combs of Ohio and Frank Combs of Kentucky; and two sisters, Kathy Hall of Indian Shores and Annalee Foren of Michigan.
