JAMES F. DEAN, 56, of St. Petersburg died Friday. He was the owner of J.D. Painting, a bartender for Flamingo Bar, a member of the Army Reserves and Baptist. He is survived by a daughter, Amy Elrod of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two stepsons, Mike Spencer of St. Petersburg and Steve Spencer of Tennessee; two stepdaughters, Doris Gonser and Barbara Johnson, both of St. Petersburg; his mother, Katherine Crowe of Odessa; four brothers, Lee Crowe of Jacksonville, Jimmy Crowe of Dothan, Ala., and Tom Crowe and Freddie Crowe, both of Tampa; three sisters, Brenda Watson of Odessa, JoAnn Gregory of Valrico and Vickie Wallace of Japan; and eight grandchildren. CELIA FERNANDEZ, 84, of Tampa died Monday. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a homemaker and Baptist. She is survived by a son, Joe Fernandez of Tampa; two daughters, Margaret Sonnamaker of Hernando and Shirley Holt of Centerville, Va.; a sister, Helen Callahan of Folsom, Calif.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. ANN H. HALLIBURTON, 69, of Tampa died Sunday at Tampa General Hospital. A native of Lyons, Ga., she moved to Tampa from Corpus Christi, Texas , in 1985. She was an insurance agent and Episcopalian. JOHN KRISKA, 91, of Davie died Sunday at home. A native of Yugoslavia, he lived in Akron, Ohio, and Seffner before moving to Davie. He was a retired pressman for The Tampa Tribune, founder of the Kriska & Son Well Drilling Co. and Lutheran. He is survived by a son, Robert P. of Tampa; a daughter, Ruth Ann Pascoe of Davie; a brother, Paul of Akron; a sister, Julie McKay of Spring Hill; and two grandchildren. EMMA Y. MOORE, 100, of Fruit Grove died Monday. A native of Center, Ala., she was a longtime resident of Tampa before moving to the Jacksonville area in 1987. JAMES A PASCHAL, 74, of Riverview died Monday at home under the care of Hospice. A native of Toledo, Ohio, he moved to the area 13 years ago. He was a retired truck driver for a cement company, an Army veteran, a member of the United Brethen Church in Walbridge, Ohio, and a member of the Teamsters Union. NORTHA BELLE CONGDON, 85, of Haines City died Tuesday at Haines City Health Care Center. A native of Glennville, Ga., she came to this area 69 years ago from Georgia.
