RICHARD C. STASTNY, 70, of Haines City died Tuesday at home. A native of Lorain, Ohio, he moved to Haines City from Mansfield, Ohio, last year. He was an orthopedic surgeon, retired chief of staff of Peoples Hospital in Mansfield and a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
