AGNES M. PROCACCINI, 78, of Tarpon Springs died Wednesday at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital. A native of New York City, she moved to this area 12 years ago from New Hyde Park, N.Y. She was employed by City Bank in New York City for 32 years. She was a member of the Garden Club, Women's Guild and St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Carfella of New York City, Jeanne of Bayside, N.Y., and Gail Balogna of Monroe, N.Y.; two brothers, Ralph Lombardi of Hohokus, N.J., and John Lombardi of Fairlawn, N.J.; and two grandchildren. JAMES A. ROBB, 73, of Redington Shores died Wednesday at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo. A native of London, England, he moved to this area in 1986 from Corby, England. He was employed in maintenance at Redington Towers and a member of a Masonic Lodge in England. He is survived by a daughter, Patricia A. CATHERINE C. SKORDAS, 76, of Clearwater died Wednesday at home. A native of Philadelphia, she moved to this area in 1964 from Savannah, Ga. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. She is survived by a son, Thomas P. of Jacksonville; a daughter, Penny Haskins of Alachua; a brother, Dan Cosfol of New Town Square, Pa.; three granddaughters; and a great-granddaughter. CAROLINE TAYLOR THOMAS, 74, of Safety Harbor died Nov. 6 at home. She moved to this area in 1960 from her native Dover, N.J. She was a registered nurse and Protestant. She is survived by two daughters, Margaret L. Tremblay of Clearwater and Candice D. Love of Seminole; three grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. ESSIE MAE WILLIAMS, 90, of St. Petersburg died Tuesday in New Orleans. She moved to this area more than 70 years ago from her native Argyle, Ga. She was co-founder of Bill's Shoe Service and a member of Bethel Metropolitan Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Alfred Jr. of St. Petersburg and Clifford L. Sr. of Tampa; two daughters, Constance Williams Sneed of Tallahassee and Diann Williams Harrison of New Orleans; and 10 grandchildren. Creal Funeral Home, St. Petersburg.

FRED DAVID BAYER JR., 78, of Lake Wales died Sunday at home. A native of Wolsey, S.D., he moved to this area a year ago from Blackstone, Ill. He was a retied machinery operator for Borg Warner Chemicals in Marseilles, Ill., and member of the First United Methodist Church of Lake Wales. He is survived by his wife, Lauretta M.; a daughter, Judith Whitcomb of Lake Wales; a son, David W. of Richmond, Mo.; two sisters, Rosemary Russell and Clara Russell, both of Cornell Ill; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. DEBORAH SCOTT BETZ, 47, of Bartow died Saturday at home. A native of Arcadia, she moved to Bartow nine years ago from Coral Gables. She was a lawyer and member of First Baptist Church of Bartow. MICHAEL JOSEPH BROWN, 57, of Winter Haven died Thursday at home. A native of Waltham, Mass., he moved to the area from Newport, R.I., in 1966. He was a 23-year Navy veteran, serving in Vietnam, and was a boiler plant operator and supervisor at NETC in Newport. He was past commander and lifetime member of the DAV No. 7 Kerins-Hogan Lodge, co-founder and first president of the Aquidneck Island All-Vets Club, a member of the VFW Post 4487 in Middletown, R.I., and the Fleet Reserve Association. He is survived by his Wife, Christine; his mother, Margaret of Duxbury, Mass.; a daughter, Rosemary VanHassteren of Newport; two sons, Michael J. Jr. of Portsmouth, Mass., and Eric C. of Boston; four brothers, Edward L. of Natick, Mass., Mark T. of Mill Creek, Wash., William H. of Middletown, and John C. of West Roxbury, Mass.; five sisters, Barbara Power of Marlboro, Mass., Mary "Lila" Hickey of India, Margaret Vaughan of Atkinson, N.H., Patricia Coyle of Cambridge, Mass., and Virginia DeLorey of Duxbury; his former wife, Rita, of Middletown; and two grandchildren. VESTA M. CATHCART, 77, of Lutz died Friday at University Community Hospital in Tampa. A native of Sidney, Ohio, she had been a winter visitor since 1982. She was a domestic engineer, a member of the Greene Street Methodist Church in Piqua, Ohio, and active in the Girl Scouts, the Rainbow Girls and the Past Worthy Matron Order of Eastern Star 320 in Piqua. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Cathcart of Winter Haven, Jacquelyn Frey of Bluffton, Ohio, Judy Cathcart of Piqua; and a brother, Ray E.
