WILLIAM S. BARNHART, 88, of Seminole died Saturday at Hospice House Woodside in Pinellas Park. A native of Downers Grove, Ill., he moved to this area in 1984 from Lombard, Ill. He was a retired stock broker with Dean Witter in Chicago and a member of Faith Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Jan; two sons, Bill of Clarendon Hills, Ill., and Ray of Barrington, Ill.; a daughter, June Barnhart-Pizzi of Barrington; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. DEBORAH SCOTT BETZ, 47, of Bartow died Saturday at home. A native of Arcadia, she moved to Bartow nine years ago from Coral Gables. She was a lawyer and member of First Baptist Church of Bartow. SAM CAPITANO, 75, of Tampa died Saturday. A native of St. Louis, he moved to the area 54 years ago from Louisiana. He was a retired tile setter, an Army veteran of World War II and Catholic. EMMANUEL IPSILANTIS, 95, of Tarpon Springs died Friday at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital. A native of Halki, Greece, he moved to this area in 1963 from Georgetown, S.C. He was a restaurant owner and operator in Georgetown and a member of the Hellenic Benevolent Association of Tarpon Springs and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. CARMEN M. MCCREEDY, 88, of Palm Harbor died Friday at Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. A native of Ontario, she lived in Tampa for over 30 years before moving to Palm Harbor in 1993. HELEN CISZAK POZSONYI, 85, of Largo died Thursday at Sabal Palms Health Care Center. A native of Carteret, N.J., she moved to this area in 1956 from North Brunswick, N.J.
