JUNIOR FREEMONT "BUCKY" ROWE, 77, of St. Petersburg died Saturday at home. A native of Flemington, N.J., he moved to this area in 1946. He was owner/operator of Whites Superx grocery store from 1961 to 1972 and retired in 1981 as a meat cutter for Watson Little Food Town. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy, and Methodist. He is survived by his wife, Violet Ann; three sons, Roger A. of Aurora, Colo., and Paul S. and David C., both of St. Petersburg; three daughters, Lynn M. Bruce and Karen R. Gorr, both of St. Petersburg, and June A. Sietz of Clearwater; and five grandchildren. Brett Funeral Home and Cremation Services, St. Petersburg.

ANNA E. RUBNER, 90, of Largo died Monday at home. A native of Pottstown, Pa., she moved to this area in 1971 from Monticello, N.Y. She was a retired nurse and Baptist. DOUGLAS CHARLES SPENCER, 80, of Largo died Monday at Sun Coast Hospital. A native of Albany, N.Y., he moved to this area in 1980. He was a retired machinist for Watervliet Arsenal in New York, a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army, and a member of the American Legion in Madeira Beach. He is survived by a son, Douglas P. of East Greenbush, N.Y.; and a sister, Marge Skicki of Albany. Hubbell Funeral Home and Crematory, Belleair Bluffs.

NELSON A. WETHERINGTON, 85, of Largo died Tuesday at Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center. A native of St. Cloud, he lived here most of his life. He was a pipefitter for Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 624 in Tampa. He is survived by a son, Nicholas of Howell, Mich.; a daughter, Tina Risley of Largo; and six grandchildren. Moss- Feaster Funeral Homes, Largo Chapel. LINNIE DELL YARBROUGH, 84, of Tampa died Tuesday. A native of Cross City, she moved to Tampa in 1942. She was a homemaker, horticulturist, member and Sunday school teacher at Riverside Baptist Church and member of North Tampa Federation of Garden Clubs. She is survived by a son, Don of Tampa; a daughter, Peggy Thomas of Tampa; two brothers, Henry and Lonnie Cannon, both of Cross City; two sisters, Betty Folks of St. Petersburg and Ruby Mousseau of Deland; two grandsons; and one great-grandson. EVELYN E. BALLE, 75, of New Port Richey died Monday at Columbia Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point. A native of Orange County, N.Y., she moved to this area 25 years ago from Oceanside, N.Y. She is survived by a son, Raymond of Fountain; three daughters, Dawn Infante and Dale Helms both of Hudson, and Lynne Sardegna of San Antonio, Texas ; a sister, Muriel O'Neil of Tamaqua, Pa.; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. MARCELLA A. CAISSE, 79, of Holiday died Saturday at Columbia New Port Richey Hospital. A native of Medford, Mass., she moved to this area 14 years ago. She was a retired real estate broker and member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She is survived by a son, Charles Stevens of Darnestown, Md.; two daughters, M. Diane Graves of Cranston, R.I., and Maryellen Sinatra of Norwell, Mass.; two stepdaughters, Mary Helen Baxter of Fitchburg, Mass., and Ann Lawson of Gaylesville, Ala.; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. OLAF ISON, 75, of Crystal Springs died Monday at home. A native of Kentucky, he was a winter resident in this area from Freetown, Ind. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for Jackson County, Ind., Baptist and Army veteran of World War II. BARBARA J. LEASURE, 59, of Safety Harbor died Monday at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. A native of Waycross, Ga., she moved to this area in 1960 from Waynesville, Ga.
