MANUEL GARCIA, 80, of Tampa died Thursday. A lifelong resident of Tampa, he was an accountant, an Army veteran of World War II and member of St. John's Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Estelle E.; a son, Manuel E.; two daughters, Aileen Benson and Anita Henriquez; a brother, William F.; a sister, Luzdivina "Ludy" Sarabia; and six grandchildren.
