She is survived by her husband, Israel; her parents, Charlie and Sara Jane Cowart of Lithia; four brothers, Franklyn Lee, Robert Lee, Charlie Lee and Jimmy Lee Cowart, all of Lithia; a sister, Janie Ann Mateo of Alabama; her paternal grandmother, Cora Bell Cowart of Marianna; and her maternal grandfather, Robert Lee Grant of DeFuniak Springs. JOHN T. "JAKE" WADSWORTH, 80, of Bonita Springs died Friday at Hope Hospice House in Fort Myers. A native of Tampa, he moved to Bonita Springs 10 years ago. OTIS FINLEY WEAVER, 85, of Lakeland died Thursday at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was a native of Johnsonville, Ill., and moved to Florida from Urbana, Ill., seven years ago. ALFRED CHARLES WINSLOW JR., 67, of Haines City died Wednesday at home. He was born in Cherry Valley, N.Y., and moved to Florida from Raleigh, N.C., in 1988. He was a retired foreman for Lane Construction Inc., Meriden, Conn., where he worked for 38 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lake ALfred, a member of American Legion Post No. 8, and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
