He is survived by his wife, Elsie; a daughter, Ryann of Tampa; three sons, David, Darryll II and Darren, all of Tampa; his mother, Gloria Phillips of Tampa; a sister, Sandy Cessna of Pittsburgh; five brothers, David of Connecticut, Gary and Richard, both of Pittsburgh, Ronald of Port St. Lucie and Charles of Tampa; and a grandchild. CHARLEY MULEY, 85, of Tampa died Friday. A lifelong resident of Tampa, he was a retired salesman for Schlitz Brewing Co. and Catholic. MAYNARD ELSWORTH NEWCOMBE, 74, of Tampa died Thursday. A native of Rose City, Mich., he moved to this area in 1970 from Melbourne. MABEL STILLINGS, 78, of Thonotosassa died Thursday at Crystal Springs Nursing Home. A native of New York City, she moved to the area 15 years ago from Catskill, N.Y. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two brothers, John Griffith of New Jersey and Warren Griffith of Homestead; two sisters, Marion Rose of Chicago and Gertrude Hennessey of New Jersey; and three grandchildren. DAVID E. SHAW, 89, of New Port Richey died Saturday at Columbia HCA New Port Richey Hospital. A native of Cleveland, he moved to this area 19 years ago. He was a retired secretary to the president of the Nickel Plate Railroad in Cleveland and a member of the Beacon Square Civic Association. FRANK EDISON STROBEL, 79, of Port Richey died Friday at home. A native of New York City, he moved to this area 17 years ago from Northport, N.Y. She was an income tax examiner with the Internal Revenue Service and a member of the Association of Federal Retired Employees and the Homemakers Club, both in Virginia.
