A lifelong resident of Tampa, she was an assistant director of student advising at Hillsborough Community College and member of North Rome Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert R.; two sons, Scott E. of Atlanta and Ross Cannon of Tampa; three daughters, Vicki L. Garcia and Kimberly C., both of Tampa, and Deborah S. of West Virginia; two sisters, Jackie Freeman and Myrna Raney, both of Tampa; and seven grandchildren. Jennings Funeral Home, Tampa.

THOMAS W. BRUCE, 84, of Tampa died Saturday in Newberry. A native of Meggs, Ga., he moved to Tampa 60 years ago from Moultrie, Ga. He was a marine engineer and Protestant. He is survived by a son, William T. of Newberry; two daughters, Bonnie J. Gagnon of Seffner and Patricia Letchworth of Tampa; a brother, Leon of Dade City; a sister, Jewell Goodson of Plant City; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. JOE DEVLIN, 64, of Land O' Lakes died Sunday at University Community Hospital in Tampa. A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, he moved to this area four years ago from Connecticut. He was a retired mail supervisor for Travelers Insurance and a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; four sons, Martin of Wethersfield, Conn., Joseph Patrick of New Britain, Conn., Hugh of Phoenix and Denis of Atlanta; a daughter, Pauline Miller of Land O' Lakes; three brothers, Gerard, John and Paul, all of Belfast; five sisters, Mary O'Boyle of Wales, Sadie McCormick of Birmingham, England, Kathleen Murphy of Bangor, Northern Ireland, Lily Giles of Belfast and Ann Foley of Yardley, England; and seven grandchildren. WILLIAM ELSWORTH FLOOD, 75, of Palm Harbor died Saturday at home. A native of Butler, N.J., he moved to this area 27 years ago. He was a retired owner/operator of an auto body repair shop, a Navy veteran of World War II, member of the United Methodist Church in Palm Harbor, the Masonic Lodge 127 in Clearwater, Egypt Shrine Temple and the Scottish Rite both in Tampa, past president of the Lions Club and a volunteer fireman, both in West Milford, N.J. DANIEL C. HAVILAND SR., 81, of Grand Rapids, Mich., died Friday at home. He was a winter resident of Zephyrhills. He was retired from Michigan Bell Telephone Co., a member of Aberdeen Reformed Church in Michigan and First United Methodist Church in Zephyrhills, and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Theda; a son, Daniel C. Jr., and a daughter, Dawn D., both of Grand Rapids; and a granddaughter. Reyers North Valley Chapel, Grand Rapids.

EDWARD JOSEPH KOSLOFSKY, 83, of New Port Richey died Sunday at the Hospice House of New Port Richey. A native of Stapleton, Staten Island, N.Y., he moved to New Port Richey 21 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. He retired after 36 years as a truck driver for Halls Motor Transit of New York City and was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in New Port Richey, the Polish Legion of American Veterans 184 in New Port Richey, the Polish American Pulaski Association of Holiday, Moose Lodge 1249 in Tarpon Springs, the Knights of Columbus in New Port Richey, and the United Italian American Civic Club of Port Richey. WILLIE M. NORMAN, 90, of Odessa died Sunday at Park Lake Village Nursing Home in New Port Richey. A native of Waycross, Ga., he moved to this area in 1993 from Venice. He was a truck driver and member of Ark of Reconciliation and Venice Gulf Post 101 American Legion. He is survived by two daughters, Marion T. MARY L. RAMSEY, 55, of New Port Richey died Sunday at home. A native of Raven, Ky., she moved to this area 12 years ago from North Ridgeville, Ohio. ROSE E. MCCONNELL, 85, of Milan, Mich., died Wednesday in Willis, Mich. A native of Ocqueoc, Mich., she returned to Michigan in February after living in Lake Wales for 23 years. She was a homemaker and longtime member of Kissimmee Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Wales.
