She was a homemaker, member of Ladies of the Assembly and Light of Christ Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Paul J.; a son, Paul J. JAMES A. FOLEY, 95, of Clearwater died Monday at Regency Oaks Nursing Center. A native of Calais, Maine, he moved to this area in 1970 from Toledo, Ohio. He was an electrical engineer for General Electric, owner of James A. Foley PVC Refrigeration Co., member of the Lion Heart Lodge 673 F&AM in University Heights, Ohio, Lodge Council Consistory of Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley in Toledo, Egypt Shrine Temple in Tampa and Trinity Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; a son, James Stuart of Toledo; a daughter, Barbara Hill of Camarillo, Calif.; and two grandchildren. Moss-Feaster at Sylvan Abbey, Clearwater.

WILLIAM E. GRIFFITH, 78, of Tampa died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A native of West Palm Beach, he moved to Tampa in 1956 from Maine. He was a retired Air Force pilot, Episcopalian, member of the Retired Officers Association and VFW. He is survived by his wife, Graciene; a son, William E. Jr. of Foothill Ranch, Calif.; three daughters, Dianne Hofmann and Victoria Benchimol, both of St. Petersburg, and Barbara Jean Gerald of Fort Myers; a brother, Robert F. of Lady Lake; a sister, Gloria Mathews of Kinsman, Ohio; and four grandchildren.
