AGNES LASKY, 87, of Port Richey died Wednesday at Columbia New Port Richey Hospital. A native of Southington, Conn., she moved to this area eight years ago from New York City. She was a retired waitress. She is survived by a son, Paul of Fort Lauderdale; a daughter, Barbara O'Leary of New Port Richey; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. ADOLPHUS LESLIE JR., 63, of Dade City died Friday. He was a lifelong resident of Dade City. He was an insurance agent, a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Dade City and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by three brothers, Carl of Dade City, and Gerald and Earl, both of Rochester, N.Y.; and five sisters, Christine Pettis of Atlanta, Carlotta Groms of San Diego, Alfreda Edmond of Baltimore, and Emma Jean and Earline, both of Rochester. ROSEMARY R. NETHERTON, 69, of Hudson and formerly of Tarpon Springs died Wednesday at The Arbors at Bayonet Point. A native of Ohio, she moved to this area in 1992 from Lakeland, and to Hudson in 1996. She was a homemaker, a member of the Salvation Army and Methodist. She is survived by two sisters, Shirley Floro of Ohio and Amy Vincek of Florida; and a nephew. Vinson Funeral Home, Tarpon Springs.

MARTHA SHIRLEY SCALES, 61, of New Port Richey died Monday at Columbia New Port Richey Hospital. A native of Trenton, N.J., she moved to this area seven years ago from Clearwater. She was a retired secretary for the State of New Jersey, and a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in New Port Richey. AMOS J. SEIFERLEIN, 86, of New Port Richey died Monday at Heather Hill Nursing Home in New Port Richey. He moved to this area 29 years ago from his native Detroit. He was a retired police sergeant for the Detroit Police Department, member of King of Glory Lutheran Church in New Port Richey, the Masonic Lodge in Detroit, Moose Lodge in Holiday, Gulf Harbor Yacht and Civic Clubs and Eagles Aerie 3153 all in New Port Richey. He is survived by his wife, Elma; two sons, George Scheibe of Brooksville, and Gary Scheibe of New Orleans; three daughters, Beverly LaBuda of Detroit, Barbara Nodalsky of Michigan, and Kathleen Gabriel of Houston; 16 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. CHARLES STEWART, 88, of Alabama, formerly of Hudson, died Thursday at Caraway Hospital in Birmingham, Ala. He was a native of Pittsburgh. He is survived by his wife, Grace Carol; a son, Robert D. of Alabama; two daughters, Mary Ann Somervill of Lake Placid, and Laura Jane Rose of London,; and four grandchildren. HELEN A. TRUSLEY, 76, of Zephyrhills died Tuesday at Columbia Dade City Hospital. A native of Elkhorn City, Ky., she came to the area eight years ago from Ripley, W.Va. She was a retail clothing sales manager; attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Zephyrhills; and was a member of St. Albans Chapter 79 of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband, James Jr.; a son, James III of Atlanta; a brother, Charles Anderson of Elkhorn City; three sisters, Doris McCoy of Elkhorn City, Tommie Vogel of St. Albans, W.Va. and Betty Farmer of Summersville, S.C.; two grandsons; and one great-granddaughter. FRANCIS K. WAKEFIELD, 92, of Zephyrhills died Tuesday at home. He came to the area 30 years ago from North Tonawanda, N.Y. He was a welding inspector for the steel construction industry; a member of the First Baptist Church in Zephyrhills; a U.S. Army Cavalry veteran; and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Corning, N.Y. ROBERT E.L. BLUMENAUER, 86, of Clearwater died Monday at home. A native of Baltimore, he moved to this area in 1990 from Bethesda, Md.
