ERA ELAINE PHILLMON BROSSMAN
Mrs. Era Elaine Phillmon Brossman, 60, of Panama City, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 in a local hospital. Born in Panama City, she worked as an accounts payable clerk at Gulf Coast Community College. She was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church and the Cancer Support Group. Mrs. Brossman is survived by her husband, William Brossman of Panama City; two daughters: Patty Weaver and husband John of Waycross, Ga., and Karen Threlkeld and husband Paul of Williamston, S.C.; one brother, Wallace Phillmon and wife Sandy of Alford, Fla.; five grandchildren: Jennifer Weaver, Paula Threlkeld, Katie Weaver, Billy Threlkeld and Patrick Weaver. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, Nov. 21, at 3 p.m. in Forest Park United Methodist Church with Dr. Kenneth Taylor and the Rev. Michael Bryan officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the van fund at Forest Park United Methodist Church or to the Rescue Mission of Panama City. The family wishes to thank the following persons for their care: Dr. Matthew G. Sweetser and staff, Dr. Marion J. Mathews and staff, Dr. William G. Bruce and staff and all the nurses on 2 South at Gulf Coast Medical Center.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Hinson Bush, 90, of Hiland Park, Fla., will be held on Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999 at 2 p.m. in Smith-Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Floyd N. Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

CAROLINE L. CAPE
Mrs. Caroline L. Cape, 85, of Panama City, Fla., died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 in a local hospital. Born in Philadelphia, Pa., she moved here in 1983 from Newborn, N.C. She was a homemaker and a member of Cook Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Cape is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Cape; a son, Ronald Rae Roeseberg; and a stepson, Donald Cape. She is survived by one son, Karl Roeseberg and wife Joan of Panama City Beach; three grandchildren: Kim Heppe, Ronald Roeseberg and Mark Roeseberg; five great-grandchildren: Brian Ross, Troy Ross, Derek Roeseberg, Kelsey Roeseberg and Shane Roeseberg. Funeral services will be held today, Nov. 20, at 3:30 p.m. in Smith-Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Morris Denman officiating. Interment will follow in Lynn Haven Cemetery. Mrs. Cape will lie in state at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service.

DAVID CALVANDER FOLDS
Mr. David Calvander Folds, age 56, of 12209 Hutchison Blvd., Panama City Beach, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 at a local hospital. He had been a resident of the area for six years, coming here from Carrollton, Ga. Mr. Folds served his country in the U.S. Army and was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal System. He is survived by his wife, Judith Folds of Panama City Beach, Fla.; daughters: Donna J. Folds of Tallapoosa, Ga., and Deanna K. Robinson of Panama City Beach, Fla.; a son, David D. Folds of Tallapoosa, Ga.; a sister, Diana Brown of Carrollton, Ga.; a brother, Dale Folds of Carrollton, Ga.; a half-brother, James Folds of Carrollton, Ga.; and five grandchildren. Mr. Folds was preceded in death by his parents, Hoke and Dorothy Folds, and two brothers: Delma and Danny Folds. The family will receive at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home today, Nov. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m.

PAUL CORDETTE GILSTRAP
Funeral services for Mr. Paul Cordette Gilstrap, 85, of Parker, Fla., wll be held today at 2 p.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Parker officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Gilstrap will lie in state at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral services. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Phillip Inman, David Inman, Robert Gill, Terry Tally, Daryle Burkey and Barry Mitchum. Family and friends will gather at the home of Wanda and Gene Sellars after the service.

Funeral services for Brunson Lowry, 91, of Panama City, who died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999 at home, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Bob Johnson and Brother Adolph Bedsole officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Bay Medical Center Hospice, 615 N. Bonita Ave, Panama City, FL, 32401 in memory of Brunson Lowry.

MARJORIE LEE FLETCHER McCLUNG
Marjorie Lee Fletcher McClung, 73, of Panama City went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999. Shortly after moving here from Texas in 1961, she joined the First United Methodist Church. She retired from Boyd Brothers Office Supply in 1986. Mrs. McClung is survived by her husband of 50 years, Cecil McClung; three children: Donna Camp and husband Joseph of Mobile, Ala., Marsha Frudaker and husband Richard of Panama City, and Mark McClung and wife Theresa of Panama City Beach; one sister, Betty Sharrer of Albuquerque, N.M.; and four granddaughters: Beverly and Jennifer Frudaker and Michelle and Jessica McClung. A memorial service will be held at Wilson Funeral Home today at 10 a.m. with Mr. Sonny Myers and the Rev. Bruce Raley officiating. In accordance with her wishes, her body has been donated to the Anatomical Board of the State of Florida, University of Florida College of Medicine. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make contributions to Bay Medical Center Hospice or the Bay County Public Library in memory of Marjorie McClung.

JOHN CASEY PARKER
Mr. John Casey Parker, age 72, of 21407 Pompano Ave., Panama City Beach, Fla., died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999 at his home. He had been a resident of the area for five years, coming here from Talledega, Ala. Mr. Parker served his country in the U.S. Army and was a metal craftsman. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Parker of Panama City Beach, Fla.; a daughter, Missy Butler of Panama City Beach, Fla.; a son, Gavin Sullivan of Panama City Beach, Fla.; grandchildren: Chelsea and Laura Butler; a brother and a sister; and several other grandchildren.

Mr. Ricky Reynolds, 37, of 528 E. 7th St., died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999 in a local hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Reynolds will be held today, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. in Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Rufus L. Wood Jr. officiating. Interment to follow in Hillside Cemetery. The remains will lie in state at Tabernacle Baptist Church today from 10 a.m. until service time. The family will receive relatives and friends at 528 E. 7th St.

Glorida Patricia Toney-Hentz, 48, of 6200 Lagoon Apt. C-5, Panama City Beach, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, in a local nursing home. She was a native of New York City, and a resident of Bay County for a number of years. She is survived by her son, William McCray of Atlanta, Ga.; mother, Vivian Toney of North Carolina; two sisters: Nadine D. Moore of Laurel, Md., and Donna B. Toney Gaither of N.C.; two brothers: Nathaniel Toney of Laurel, Md., and Warren Toney of Athan, Ga.; two granddaughters: Laura and Dasia; a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services for Ms. Hentz will be held today, Nov. 20, 1999, at 1 p.m. in Set Free Evangelistic Outreach Church of God in Christ, 1900 W. 15th Street with Elder Willie J. Moore officiating.
