Mr. Darian Letyne Manning, 45, of 816 Massalina Drive, died Dec. 20, 1999, in his home. He was a native of Paris, France and a resident of Panama City for many years. He was educated in the public schools of Bay County and served 16 years in the U.S. Army. He received an honorable discharge in 1984. He is survived by his devoted wife, Regina V. Manning of Panama City; a daughter, Crikina Manning; and granddaughter, LaDashia Manning, both of Monroe, La.; six stepchildren: Pernell, Bridggette, Marcia Leon, Company of Panama City, Fla., and Takina Armstrong of Atlanta, Ga.; four brothers: Romanes (Catherine) Manning of Panama City, Kenneth (Tina) Manning of Atlanta, Ga., Keith and Kevin Manning of Panama City, Fla.; one sister, Mary D. Faison of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a stepmother, Collye Sue Manning of Panama City; one stepsister, Marsha Mount of Panama City, Fla.; three stepbrothers: David Mount of Atlanta, Ga., Rodney Mount of Panama City, Fla., and Jason Mount of Gainesville, Fla.; father-in-law Davie Bowers of Panama City; two aunts: Florence Barnes of Panama City and Lynn (Raymond Jr.) Driesback of Port St. Joe, Fla.; five uncles: Walter (Margaret) Barnes of Riviera Beach, Amos (Editha) Barnes and Nathaniel Barnes of Detroit, Mich., Willie Roy (Bessie) Manning of Newark, N.J., and Marcus Manning of Port St. Joe, Fla.; two special cousins: Vita Mae Pompey and Idell Smith, both of Panama City, Fla.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be today, Dec. 27, at 1 p.m. in the Greater Bethel A.M.E. Church with the Rev. O.C. Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church today from 10 a.m. until the service begins. The family will receive relatives and friends at 816 Massalina Drive.

Funeral services for Richard Conroy Muterspaugh, 65, of 1110 Arthur Ave., Panama City, who died Saturday, Dec. 25, 1999, in his home, will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Gospel Assembly Church with Clyde Sharber officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Gospel Assembly Church from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening. Active pallbearers are Mallard V. Griner, Ronald Tharpe, Walter Eddins, Lee Roy Bramton, Howard Wombles, Jack Bryant Jr. Honorary pallbearers are the men of Gospel Assembly Church and all of Mr. Muterspaugh's business associates.

Ms. Delphine Eleanor Miller Sheffield, age 67, of 1304 Bruce Street, Dothan, Ala., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at Westside Terrace Nursing Home after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Dec. 27 at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Lynn Haven Cemetery. Asked to serve as active pallbearers are: Brian Drennan, Bobby Touchton, Jeremy Pate, T.J. Pate, Roy Bennett and Chris Clyatt.

Mrs. Bessie M. Widincamp, age 86, of Panama City, Fla., passed away Friday, Dec. 24, 1999, at local nursing home. She was a lifelong resident of Panama City and Protestant by faith. She is survived by husband Arthur P. Widincamp; daughters: Betty Strickland of Panama City, Joyce Scott and her husband Bill of Ellijay, Ga., a son, Buddy Widincamp and his wife Judy of Panama City, Fla.; five grandchildren: Tony Scott, David Strickland, Beverly Scott, Dale Strickland, Natalie Fuller; seven great-grandchildren; brothers: Bill Fountain and his wife Snooks of Graceville, Fla., Horace Fountain and his wife Thelma of Panama City, Fla. She was preceded in death by son-in-law Ira Strickland. Special thanks to nurses and staff at Panama City Nursing Center, who provided excellent care. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28. graveside in Callaway Cemetery with the Rev. John Newberry officiating. Interment will follow. Asked to serve as honorary pallbearers are: Lawson Wilson, Engene Cuthens, Atley Penny, Richard Turner, Dr. Bruce Josten and Dr. Thomas Merrill. Audrey Louise Walker Wilkerson, 78, of 2301 W. 12th St., Panama City, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 1999, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Panama City. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Wilkerson; son, Johnny Wilkerson; five daughters: Annette L. Chambers, Lena Joyce Williams, Mellie Lou Floyd, JoAnn Ackerman, Sandra J. Peterson; brother, Joe P. Walker, all of Panama City; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Leon Jenkins and Charles Meadows officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. today.

Funeral services for Horace Glenn Willis, 75, of 302 N. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery with Masonic rites conducted at the graveside. CHARLES R. BLOODWORTH
The Rev. Charles R. Bloodworth, 72, of Panama City, Fla, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 1999, in a local hospital. Born in Moss Point, Miss., he was a longtime resident of Panama City. He was a retired Southern Baptist minister and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. The Rev. Bloodworth was the former pastor for Brannonville Baptist Church and Midway Baptist Church and served for 16 years in churches in Alabama. He was also a veteran of the Korean conflict serving in the U.S. Army. The Rev. Bloodworth is preceded in death by his parents, James T. and Carrie T. Bloodworth; four siblings: James Bloodworth, the Rev. Richard Bloodworth, William Bloodworth and Caroline Bloodworth; a great-granddaughter, Brianna Nicole Boozer. He is survived by his wife, Jerry F. Bloodworth of Panama City; one son, Chuck Bloodworth and wife Jody of Omaha, Neb.; one daughter, Debra Charlene Boozer and husband Sonny of Lynn Haven; two grandchildren, Charles "Chas" Boozer and wife Mindy, Jasmine Nicole Bloodworth; two great-grandchildren, Allie Marie Boozer and Austin Tyler Boozer and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 29 at 3 p.m. in Smith-Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russell Ward officiating. Interment will follow in Lynn Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m.
