Funeral services for Audrey Louise Walker Wilkerson, 78, of 2310 W. 12th St., Panama City, who died Saturday, Dec. 25, 1999, in a local hospital, will be held today at 2 p.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Leon Jenkins and Charles Meadows officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Perry Gill, Richard Chambers, Allan Beecham, Steve Frost, Kenny Wyman, Philip Thompson, Joe Brown, and John Bruner.

ALBERT WILSON
Mr. Albert Wilson, age 84, of 2712 Cocoa Ave., Panama City, Fla., passed away Sunday, Dec. 26, 1999, in a nursing home. He had been a resident of Bay County since 1996 coming from Jacksonville, Fla. Mr. Wilson was a retired carpenter and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Wilson is survived by his son, Mr. Brent Wilson Sr. of Winter Garden, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Hazel James of Waycross, Ga.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Joseph Spence officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Dec. 28 at the funeral home.

Mr. Johnny Lee Clark, 46, of Panama City, Fla., died Sunday, Dec. 26, 1999, at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Panama City where he worked in the press room at the News Herald and was Baptist by faith. Mr. Clark is survived by his mother, Adell Clark; his wife, Kay Clark; one son, Johnny Lee Clark Jr.; one daughter, Heather Clark; three brothers: Tommy, Jesse and Daniel Clark all of Panama City; seven sisters: Mary Woods, Dorothy Callahan, Brenda Henderson all of Panama City, Linda Gail Lutz of Pennsylvania , Dianne Petterson of Virginia, Lelia Griggs and Betty Ann Griggs both of Panama City, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Dec. 30 at 10 a.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Callaway Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 5 to 7 p.m.

JANIE SYKES DAVIS
Mrs. Janie Sykes Davis, age 90, of 1206 W. 22nd. St., Panama City, Fla., passed away Monday, Dec. 27, 1999 in a local nursing home. She had been a resident of Bay County since 1947 coming from Enterprise, Ala. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and a member of the Central Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband of 73 years, Mr. Carl W. Davis of Panama City, Fla.; a son, Mr. Jimmy C. Davis and wife Ellen B. of Panama City, Fla.; a daughter-in-law, Ms. Geraldine Blankship Davis of Pace, Fla.; five grandchildren: Dennis W. Davis, Sherry Ann Dawson, Reggie Davis, Terry C. Davis, and Troy D. Davis; and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by a son, Wayne L. Davis. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. today, Dec. 29 at Central Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Don Shoots and the Rev. T.A. Green officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

MAMIE REE DURDEN
Mrs. Ree Durden, 90, of Panama City, Fla., died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1999, in a local hospital. Born in Samson, Ala., she moved here in 1942 and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church and a lifetime member of the O.E.S. Chapter No. 102. Mrs. Durden is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.R. Canant; her husband, U.V. Durden; three sons, one daughter, one grandson and a sister, Lizzie Mae Whigham. She is survived by one daughter, Sara Hodsdon and husband Jim of Casselberry, Fla.; one great-granddaughter, Kari Michelle Hodsdon of Casselberry; special grandchildren: Brian and Karen Hagan of Casselberry; special great-grandchildren, Emily and Bradley Hagan of Casselberry; special sister, Mary Frances Mixson of Samson, Ala.; a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, Dec. 30 at 12 noon in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. W. Steve Southerland officiating. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. in Travelers Rest Cemetery in Samson, Ala. Honorary pallbearers will be: Bill Quick, Lendy Mack Quick, Myron Whigham, Bryon Whigham, Royce Whigham and Sonny McIver. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9 p.m.

Mrs. Janice F. Green, 63, of Wewahitchka, passed away Monday, Dec. 27, 1999, in Bay Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Wewahitchka and was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. Survivors include two sons: Charles Green and wife Mary of Panama City, and Michael Green and wife Elaine of North Carolina; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Barney Bullock of Panama City; and one sister, Norma Core of Columbus, Ga. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. CST Thursday at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church, conducted by the Rev. Neal Miller. Interment will follow in the family plot in Roberts Cemetery. She will lie in state at the church from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. John J. Horvath, 54, formerly of Panama City, died of a sudden illness on Wednesday, Dec. 22 in Clearwater, Fla. He was a retired police officer from Lorain, Ohio with 26 years of service and a Vietnam veteran. He was employed as a bonded carrier in Clearwater, Fla. He is survived by three brothers: Don and Joe of Ohio, Ray of Panama City; and fiancé Billie Yaeger of Largo, Fla.

Caryn Michelle Kelly, 27, of Panama City, Fla., died Sunday, Dec. 26, 1999, in Gulf County. Born in Gainesville, Fla., she moved here in 1989 and was a financial consultant. She was Methodist by faith. Caryn is survived by her parents, Curt and Rachel Hines of Panama City and Elaine and Bob Frank of San Antonio, Texas ; uncle, Gene Fowler of St. Petersburg, Fla.; nephew, Christopher Hines of Hawaii; and a cousin, Gene Fowler Jr. of St. Petersburg; numerous aunts and uncles; special friends: Sharon Jenkins, Tommy Davis, Bill Waldo, Ricky, Scott, Melissa, Sara, Chad, Michelle, Jamie and Jason. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. in Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Pastor John Ramsey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on this evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

HILLIARD FINCH KELLY
Col. Hilliard Finch Kelly, U.S.A.F. (Ret.), died on Monday, Dec. 27, 1999 at his home in Panama City. He had been a resident of this area since 1978 after retiring from New Orleans. He served his country as a U.S. Marine Corps pilot on World War II and Korea where he received awards including the Distinguished Flying Cross. In New Orleans he commanded a U.S. Air Force Reserve group for 18 years. He was a loving husband and father and will be missed by his wife, Mary Jean Kelly, and his four children: H.F. Kelly Jr. (Skipper) of Slidell, La., Kathy Kelly Fornoff of Asheville, N.C., Susan Kelly Byrne of New Orleans, La., and Jack Kelly of Panama City. Col. Kelly has four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted today at 2 p.m. in Forest Lawn Mausoleum Chapel with U.S.A.F. Chaplain Secret officiating. Entombment will follow with full military honors to be accorded by Tyndall A.F.B. Guard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Florida, 2001 N. Palafox St., Pensacola, FL, 32501-2144, in memory of Mr. Kelly.

Funeral services for Mr. Morris Edward Parrish, 68, of Panama City will be held today at 1:30 p.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Melvin officiating. Masonic rites will be conducted by the Harry Jackson Lodge. The lodge will open at 12:30 p.m. before the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be mae to Shaddai Shrine Club Transportation Fund or to the charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Parrish.

She is the daughter of Shirley Foster Perry of Roswell, Ga., and Mitchell Perry of Birmingham, Ala., and paternal granddaughter of Lee and Janet Perry of Lecanto, Fla. A memorial service will be held Monday, Jan 3, 2000, at 7 p.m. in St. David's Episcopal Church, 1015 Old Roswell Road, Roswell, Ga. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to The Cottage School, 700 Grimes Bridge Road, Roswell, Ga. 30075.
