YOUNG, Irene Lucille, 65, of Seffner, passed away May 20, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Eugene F. ZWAYER, Judy, 51, of Dade City, Fla., passed away May 16, 2002 in Tampa. Mrs. Zwayer was preceded in death by her son, Chris Zwayer. Survivors include her husband, Michael B. CHAVEZ, Sheila L., 65, passed away May 20, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Edward Chavez; daughters, Heather Dial and Teresa Chavez; sons, Rick Chavez and Thomas Chavez; and five grandchildren. Mrs. Chavez was a devoted mother and wife. She also provided volunteer service for HRS, taking in infants into her home and caring for them until HRS properly placed them. She is predeceased by her husband, William L. Avirett. She is survived by her son, Captain Eric Carlson, his wife Holly, and their son, Lee Armistead Carlson of German- town, Tenn.; son, Christopher Carlson of New York City; and daughter, Linnea Carlsen of Princeton, N.J.

CUSUMANO, Rose DiMaggio, 88, of Tampa (Ybor City) passed away May 23, 2002. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Cusumano. She is survived by her son, Anthony D. Cusumano and his wife Ruth of Tampa; her brother, Nick DiMaggio; her three sisters, Mary Saia, Josephine Pugh and Beatrice Attaway; five grandchildren, Debby Cusumano Michael Cusumano, Sonny, Jeff and Connie Cole; and five great-grandchildren, Savannah Karchner, David Cole Karchner, Sarah Rose Cole, Hunter Cole and Austin Cole. The family will visit with friends Tuesday, May 28 from 11 a.m. - 12 Noon at the funeral home with funeral services beginning at 12 Noon. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Tampa.
