FRANK M. MOSER, 86, of Odessa died Monday at Mease Countryside Hospital. A native of Burlington, N.C., he moved to the area from Alexandria, Va. in 1971. He was a retired manager of the government's department of printing and Lutheran. He is survived by a son, Thomas of Harrisonburg, Va.; a brother, Elmer of Palm Harbor; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Curlew Hills Funeral Home, Palm Harbor.

ROBERT LAMAR NELMS, 68, of Lake Wales died Thursday at home. A native of Tampa, he moved from Brandon to Lake Wales 19 years ago. He was a retired master captain with 40 years of maritime service based at Port of Tampa. He was a gardener, Navy veteran of the Korean conflict, of the Church of Christ denomination and member of Florida Sheriffs Association, Amvets Post 32 in Lakeland and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2420 in Lake Wales. He is survived by his wife, Chi Yang; a son, Lamar E. of Lake City; and a daughter, Marla L. Harrison of Tucson, Ariz. Johnson Funeral Home, Lake Wales.

ANTHONY J. PIANGA, 85, of Wimauma died Sunday at Heritage Park Specialty Care Center. A native of Cleveland, he moved to the area from Detroit in 1970. He was a retired self-employed truck driver and Catholic. He is survived by two sons, Anthony II of Westland, Mich. and James of Grand Plain, Mich.; a daughter, Beverly Gonzalez of Garden City, Mich.; two brothers, Martin of Colorado and Ronnie of Gaylord, Mich.; a sister, Doris Hall of Gaylord; seven grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Karen; two daughters, Alicia Wiley of Tampa and Stephanie of Odessa; his father, John of Niagara Falls; his mother, Estelle of Niagara Falls; two brothers, Domenick of Sanborne, N.Y. and Frank of Niagara Falls; and a sister, Patricia Birmingham of Niagara Falls. MILDRED BLANCHE ROBERTS, 82, of Wimauma died Saturday at home. An Auburndale native, she was a lifelong area resident, homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Wimauma. She is survived by her husband, William A.; three daughters, Margaret Whatley of Wimauma, Beverly Hall of Riverview and Mary Taylor of Fort Lonesome; a son, William Jr. of Surrency, Ga.; a sister, Joyce Prine, and brother, Earl Bolender, both of Auburndale; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Frederick Vonier of Thomasville, Ga. and Eddie Brawn of Atlanta; two brothers, Ray Byrd of Thonotosassa and Curtis Byrd of Brandon; six sisters, Algie DeVane of Ocala, Alice Crawley of Las Vegas, Audrey Higgins of Fort Worth, Texas, Doris Murray of Brandon and Lena McGinty and Genevieve Carter both of Thonotosassa; and four grandchildren.
