MADELINE C. RODRIGUE, 77, of Valrico died Monday. A native of Windsor, Conn., she moved to the area from East Hartford, Conn., in 1994. She was a customer service representative for General Electric Co. and member of St. Stephen Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons, Brian of Columbia, Conn., and Scott of Rocky Hill, Conn.; two daughters, Nancy Chick of Weeki Wachee and Linda Albro of Valrico; a stepsister, Dorlee Rohlfing; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. CHARLES SAGE, 95, of Lutz died Monday. A native of Essington, Pa., he moved to the area in 1920. He was a painter and member of Sunlake Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Woodrow Fussell of Tampa; a daughter, Mary Spriggs of Lutz; a brother, Bill of Lutz; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. PAULETTE WEAVER SMITH, 52, of Winter Springs died Friday. A native of Tampa, she moved to the area in 1986. She was a journalist and member of St. James Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, T. Allen Jr.; four sons, Thomas Allen III of Sanford, Gerald Paul of Atlanta and Rabon Raulerson and Patrick Xavier, both of Winter Springs; her mother, Helen A. A native of Hamilton, Ohio, he was a former resident of Tampa, an employment counselor for the state of Florida, an Army veteran of World War II and member of military Order of the Purple Heart and Humane Society of the United States. He is survived by his wife, Margie G.; a son, Thomas, and a daughter, Pamela W. Burton, both of Lakeland; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Heath Funeral Chapel, Lakeland.

He was a sales manager for North Shore Motors Ltd. in Wheeling, Navy veteran of World War II, Catholic, and member of the Colonial Hills Civic Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Amvets, Disabled American Veterans and American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Shirley L.; a son, Rex G. of St. Louis; four daughters, Carol C. Johns and Vicki Rae Schultheis, both of Antioch, Ill., Darlene Koch of Spring Grove, Ill., and Bonnie L. Puckett of Florence, Ala.; a brother, Arthur of Riverdale, Mich.; a sister, Leona Martin of Alma, Mich.; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
