JAMES TALBOT BRYANT, 75, of Tampa died Tuesday at East Pasco Medical Center. A native of Baltimore, he moved to the Tampa area 10 years ago from Miami. He was a tailor and member of Tampa Baptist Church. He is survived by a sister, Betty Bryant of Tampa. Adams & Jennings Funeral Home, Tampa.

FILOMENA FRANCES CANNELLA, 76, of Tampa died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A lifelong resident, she was a legal secretary and secretary to the board of directors of Central Bank of Tampa and member of Our Lady of Perpetual Hope Catholic Church. She is survived by a son, Joe Jr.; three sisters, Marcelina Perez and Carmen Rodriguez, both of Tampa, and Violet Riche of Lake Wales; and two grandchildren. Gonzalez Funeral Home, Tampa.
