OWEN K. CHURCHILL, 82, of Tampa died Wednesday at University Community Hospital. A native of Springfield, Ill., he moved to the area from Marco Island in 1979. He was a retired farmer, Mason and member of Forest Hills United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Virginia; and three sons, Robert of Springfield and William and Richard, both of Tampa. American Burial & Cremation, St. Petersburg.

FRED COLLINS, 92, of Tampa died Monday at Tampa General Hospital. A native of Polk County, he moved to Tampa in 1919. He was a cigarmaker for Garcia and Vegas Cigar Co., former coach for the West Tampa Blues and Tampa Little League, and member of Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by six sons, Fred Jr. of Bronx, N.Y., Leroy, Robert, Charles and Norris, all of Tampa, and Roland of New York City; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
