INGEBORG G. GARRITY, 68, of Tampa died Friday. A native of Munich, Germany, she moved to this area in 1967. She was a retired accountant for J.C. Penney Co. and Catholic. She is survived by her husband, Eugene; two sons, Raymond of Pearland, Texas, and Ronald of Tampa; two daughters, Elaine Silver of Tampa and Brenda Braaten of West Palm Beach; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
